I just bought a car from Barneys auto it ran good for a month and a half then started breaking down it has shredded 4 serpentine belts in 2 and a half months they have already replaced several parts on car and it still doesn't run right and they sold in as a car in good working order

If I could assign NEGATIVE STARS - I would. I was recently interested in a specialty vehicle at this dealer, and *scheduled* to have a mechanic pre-inspect before purchase. THE DEALER SOLD THE VEHICLE THE NIGHT BEFORE AND DIDN'T SEND ME A TEXT UNTIL IMMEDITATELY BEFORE THE INSPECTION APPOINTMENT!!! So, not only did I not even get an honest CHANCE at the vehicle, I then had to go to the local mechanic and explain to him, why I suddenly had to cancel - [blanking] up HIS schedule too! - Of note, that mechanic said he does a LOT of work for this janky outfit, and that he "would never let a loved one buy a vehicle from them." One could say, being very very generous 'well, the vehicle is on consignment - not the dealer's choice' - I highly disagree with that outlook, as this was a SCHEDULED inspection, that I was paying for. The vehicle shouldn't have even been on the sales lot still. And the last minute text message? That tells me, ZERO integrity from Barney's Auto Sales and salesman Bo. BUYER BEWARE!

I bought a car from them in August and due to me needing it right away, they didn't have time to clean it. Now it's janurary and it still hasn't been professionally clean so I contacted the owner to see if he could do anything about it even though it's been 5 months later and he was willing to work with me, but all of a sudden he stopped texting. It's been a few weeks since I heard from him. They're service was good from the beginning, but if you have to go back to them for anything, good luck.

These guys sold my co-worker a Firefighter a truck with a shot motor, broken springs and a bunch of other things wrong for 10k. After a bunch of back and forth they finally agreed to take the truck back and give him his money back. They arranged a payment schedule claiming they didn't have the money then didn't make a single agreed upon payment. They have their truck back, gave him back the truck he traded in and kept his $10,000 cash he paid on the busted truck. Currently a complaint has been filed with the Arizona Attorney General. They are saying because a complaint was filed they won't pay. Avoid this company, they are crooks!
