Our first-time homebuying experience was unfortunately ruined by this real estate office. Throughout the process, Kayli was unprofessional and spread false information about us, including claiming we had threatened to sue her — which never happened. Aside from that, this all began when we simply questioned her and her agent on all of the missed deadlines we were never informed about. We thought everything was taken care of and we were all on good terms after she finally submitted a cure notice, but we were gravely mistaken when we showed up to the closing table.
This created unnecessary tension during what should have been an exciting milestone for our family.
We completely understood the frustrations from the lack of competence and engagement from the sellers agents, however this is the point of having broker. Kayli was supposed to protect us and make sure every document was on point and that we, as her office’s clients were protected.
On closing day, the Kayli wouldn’t even sit in the same room as us, reach out to offer any congratulations or even a simple goodbye. After everything we went through, that lack of basic professionalism and courtesy was extremely disappointing.
Buying a home should be a positive, memorable experience. Instead, this broker’s conduct left us feeling disrespected and let down. I would not recommend working with her or this brokerage if you expect honesty, professionalism, and support through your homebuying process. I’m sure we’ll get even more backlash from writing a negative review, but unfortunately it’s all true. We should have been crying tears of joy and instead I left the title office crying from anger, sadness, and disappointment.

Leisa Johnson is an amazing property manager and sales agent. She knows Arizona laws and is very fair. She has both the tenants and landlords best interest at heart. She takes pride in her work! All around an amazing person to work with. She will help you find a house that fits your wants/needs so matter if you are buying, selling or renting. She has been wonderful all the way around.

Kaylie was an amazing support and advocate as our realtor. We were first time home buyers and she helped us navigate this new world with such respect and professionalism. We had a bit of difficulty finding the perfect home for us, but I would receive daily messages and calls from her, especially when a home opened in our price range. Towards the end of our closing, we had a couple of road bumps come up, and she was so reassuring and helpful to process through our next steps. She’s amazing and so hardworking!
