Expected a smooth experience after reading all the good reviews. However wouldn't even let me in the gate at 7:43 when appointment is at 9am. They made me exit and park in a dirt field across the street from the facility.
Very rude considering there was 100 acre property and like 150 open dock doors. Just another shipper receiver that makes drivers jump through unnecessary hoops.

Shout out to James from Tractor Supply! Thank you for helping a elderly gentleman with all his paperwork and bringing him in to MVP to make sure he gets everything registered and in his name.
The world and Benson still has beautiful people!

The website lists the hours as closing at 9:00p. This is misleading. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has made the trip only to find that I'm an hour late.

Their hours are always all over, it it says closed at 9 it’s not, it closes at 8 , so one needs to fix this, was just standing out front, and all the stuff is still out too

I updated your hours for you. It sucks driving for 45 minutes just to come to closed doors, and go home with a part I really needed. Thanks.

I thought I'd update my review to only 3 stars after 6 years worth of purchases off and on from this store. Nothing burns my backside more than a manager that consistently underorders an item everyone needs, like Diamond Maintenance dog food. Every time we go there they are out. Serving all of Benson, Pomerene, Cascabel, St. David and other locals, this is simply inexcusable! When we asked if more were to come, they said 8 were on order...8! Not okay. The delivery arrived the next day and they were unable to find the 8 bags. So we wasted two long drives to and from the store to discover that what we needed they didn't have. This could be prevented if sales were not imposed on a popular dog food, and the manager would keep up with supply and demand. For some reason she seems to have a problem with that. Yet we can drive all the way to Sierra Vista and find PLENTY of the dog food there. We have discovered this same problem with several items; timothy hay, rabbit food, hog feed, etc. So I'm sticking with 3 stars for not doing the most important thing required as a retailer, and that's meeting supply and demand. They simply do not qualify for any good ratings when they run out of much needed supplies for such a large community! There are pros and cons to TSC. I have a lot of barnyard animals so I buy a lot of different things. Many times this location runs out of the things I would normally buy. And I'm not talking rare, hard to get items either. I'm talking chicken scratch, or crumbles, or dog food. We spend a chunk of money in that store, so when our requests for more supplies goes unheeded, that makes us start looking for another retailer, like Maid Rites in Willcox. They'll gladly take our money. Also, I will check online to see if an item is available at the Benson TSC only to get to the store and see it's not, so obviously they do not update their online inventory. On another note, they have one employee down there that goes above and beyond the others. He will find us great discounted deals or clearance items to help save us a lot of money, and he busts his butt loading everything. He is their saving grace and why we still buy there. But he has since left so they have lost points for that as well. One time we called and got the manager who assured us they had plenty of Bermuda hay. We volunteered to pay in advance for 10 bales. But the manager refused to work that out for us and insisted they had plenty. We have a 40 minute drive to get there as we live remote. We got there, no Bermuda. They just sold 50 bales to a customer. We had to drive an additional 45 miles to the TSC in Sierra Vista to get Bermuda that day. Why the manager didn't keep a few bales aside for me when I volunteered to pay in advance is beyond me. So I am not impressed with management at all. Having been a Supervisor for the Navy years ago, this behavior would not have been acceptable! Why it is now completely baffles me. If Kmart can go out of business, or Sears, or any of the big box companies, so can TSC. Start caring about the customers and make some real changes to please them. The customers are your bread and butter!

I was lied to at this store. At checkout, she rang up my order. She then asked me if id like to apply for their credit card. I said NO. She then folloed up by telling me that if i was approved for said credit card, i would get $20 off my order that day. She said the sale that day would go on the card and, though the discount did not show up on my reciept, when i got my bill, the $20 would be applied. (That was almost half off!) So, of course i jumped at it. I have a friend who used to work for tractor supply. And I do know that the cashiers get bonuses to get people to sign up for cards if they are aproved. They have monthly contests for the credit card sign-ups And the cashier who gets the most sign-ups gets a cash bonus, so they definitely have the incentive. (I have a friend who used to work for tractor supply) I knew this but did not expect to be outright LIED to.At any rate, i get my first cc bill, and low and behold...NO DISCOUNT! WHAT!!! I figured this was due to an oversight so i phoned the bank to straighten it out and get the discount credited to the card. The nice lady on the phone had no clue as to what i was talking about and stated that i, indeed, owed the entire amount. So I paid it and immediately closed the account. Sooooo, DONT FALL FOR THE CREDIT CARD SIGN-UP GRIFT AT TRACTOR SUPPLY.Ill definitely be calling coporate about this when they open today.

The Benson Tractor Supply must be the cash cow in the Tractor Supply inventory since they are not interested in helping me get my Neighbors Club account fixed. I joined the club in June 2022 but my account mysteriously stopped working in March 2023. I've talked to six different customer service agents on the phone but to no avail. I don't think the Benson Tractor Supply caused the problem but I've explained the problem to the checkout clerks every time I've visited the store over the past 6 months and I usually just get "Oh, that's not good" but no further assistance. After speaking to four agents on the phone, I thought that the store could help. Unfortunately, a rude and sassy clerk on the next register overheard my conversation and loudly blurted "You have to call customer service!" This was inappropriate and embarrassing since she had customers lined up at her register. On two occasions since March, I left the store without completing my purchase since I was not going to spend money if I could not get my points. On one of those visits, I told the clerk that I would not complete the purchase and he offered to take my cart and return the items to the shelves! I'm not a businessman but I do know that you don't accept losing a sale. This kid wasn't bothered that his store just missed out on a $100 plus sale (Walmart got my money that day). He should have asked for my contact information and informed the manager of the situation. Hey Benson Tractor Supply, you're going to lose a customer if you don't get with it and help me. My patience is wearing very
