It was about a year ago, 2024, that I had dealings with this Post Office. I had no problems with them at all. The only USPS location I've ever had trouble with was with the USPS in Quartzite, AZ. All others have been great. My packages in Benson arrived on time, in good order, and the staff was courteous.
