Inaccessible: Tried Calling the Number 3 times to make an Appointment (phone is disconnected), drove up to the Tiny One Garage Shop & One Mechanic - Entered the Office & immediately got Strange looks from the lady behind the counter…
I asked if there was any opening today or sometime soon - She said the Mechanic is booked til Next Month…
So, not really sure how you’re supposed to do Business with them - No way to Contact & Poor Operational Communication

Tim and Joy are wonderful. I used to work on vehicles for what I call a so-called living and it’s a hard profession. Vehicles are complex, finding the right part is frustratingly difficult (and Joy excels at this) and much emotional intelligence is required (often it’s like being an oncologist as far as dropping very bad news on someone skillfully.) Bisbee Bug does all of this, *plus* Tim is one of the smartest automotive diagnosticians I’ve ever known, and I’ve known dozens in my 78 years.

New owners for about four 4 to five 5 years now. As always, this place was handed down to magnificent owners. Wife works at the front desk and husband as I believe is the mechanic. Clean, flawless job. Outstanding service! My BMW 325I and other previous vehicles have been brought here for service. Always a fantastic experience and, repairs like my vehicles never had any problems at all. Bisbee Bug is always full. For my cheap to expensive European or American or other vehicles. Bisbee Bug is the place to go. Repair, service and money wise is very reasonable. Anyone from out of town; If you plan to stay in Bisbee and need car repairs, do call and have an appointment before making the trip. Guarantee, you will not have be disappointed. If, and that is a enormous IF! You have a bad experience, not just myself... locals and out of town customers will be perceive as most likely being negative about anything and everything. The owners ate and have been super sweet, caring and above excellence in the work done. I am not sure if the male mechanic works on motorcycles but, I would not pass the opportunity to call and ask. I will be dropping off my vehicle this morning for some window motor/regulator work to be done. I will add pictures so customers can see the area and location in Bisbee, AZ. 5 out of 5 top notch mechanic and customer care. Great Job Bisbee Bug!!!

Tim is the probably best mechanic in town. Friendly and helpful and knowledgeable in all the ways a good mechanic should be. He even takes time to help out locals in a pinch because his schedule fills up.
