Overall I had a decent stay. The new mini-splits were more than adequate for Bisbee winters, with warm days and cool nights. The mattresses are firm but with comfortable foam toppers. I have to knock off two stars, though, for the lack of hot water (not freezing, but still unpleasant) in the shower. I understand it's an old building with quirks, which make the place special. But after my first night, I mentioned the lack of hot water to the front desk clerk who wrote it down and promised to mention it to the maintenance person who was coming in that afternoon. She said she would call me when he would need to go in my room. I never heard anything, and the water was still cold the next morning. Additionally, there was no daily housekeeping--not a big deal by any means, but it would've been a nice touch for $120/night with otherwise very basic accommodations and very small bath towels.

This inn is not a hotel, not a motel, it's a place to seek comfort at the end of a long drive, or at the close of a busy day in town. Bisbee's history as a copper mining town comes alive in these small rooms, which are beautifully appointed and made impeccably clean by the staff (thank you, Mona!) After a long drive from Portal, and not feeling at all well, we were greeted with kindness and compassion by Lucy, who explained the accommodations, including the social aspect of the hotel. I can't say enough about the ambiance. I didn't see any ghosts but felt protected by the spirits around us all night. No, there's no TV in the room. I loved it so much we stayed an extra night and had friends come up to book a room and enjoy Bisbee for another day. Guests make the coffee themselves, a full pot at a time, in the kitchen/social room, and everyone shares the pot. A stove, sink, and cabinets of dishes, glasses and silverware are available for use. A full-size fridge is available to store leftovers from local restaurants or milk for coffee. On a more modern note: The shower was GREAT! Hot water with enough water pressure to get you sparkling clean in half the time of annoying modern hotel "water saver" showers. WiFi is strong. We STRONGLY recommend this inn, and applaud Lucy, Mona, and the rest of the staff for their welcoming warmth that makes it such a great experience.

We stay here for 2 nights. Great location to walk to restaurants and bars, clean room, friendly stuff who works there, easy check in and out. Rooms are small and not mayor amenities on it (No TV No refrigerator) walls are very thin and you can heard your neighbors. After all is a great experience. I will keep the paranormal activities to ourselves.

Needed a last minute place to stay in Bisbee and my husband found this hotel. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. It looked like the hotel was getting worked on at the time, but it didn't interfere with our stay and it was nice to see it was being kept up and worked on. The room was nice and appeared clean and overall the hotel was quite. We could sleep in and not hear any of the other guests, though there was some street noise (more so at night), but overall pretty quite. Also, a bonus this hotel seems like one of the few places downtown that had AC. It was a great last minute stay and would recommend it to others visiting.

Staying here you don't just get a place to sleep. You get an experience! Loved it. Being just above the brewery was a huge plus!

The hotel is in Old Bisbee which is a great little town to visit for the day or for an overnight trip. The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance to all the shops. We had the standard king in room 20. It had its own bathroom and shower. Some rooms did not for which there are two individual private toilets and two individual private showers. We were greeted promptly with a friendly "Hello and welcome to Bisbee". The woman at the front desk was very informative as to her favorite restaurants for dinner. We dropped off our bags closed our curtains because we were in a west facing room so the sun cooked it pretty good but since it's March by the time we got back the room temperature was perfect. The room was clean and charming. The bed appeared and looked new. The pillows were super soft and even though I like a firm pillow I was comfortable. There is a common area next to the full kitchen (which is self-serve). If you brought your own food you could use their stove, pots and pans and microwave. A group of friends were playing cards and another family was playing a board game. They have a "tv room" that has a projector and VHS tapes. They also have a little bookshelf with books to borrow and read. Since the front desk is not there 24/7 the woman at the FD reminded us how to get back in after hours (it was also in the email that was sent with the booking confirmation). She also informed us if we were the first ones up to just turn on the coffee pot it was all set to go just had to switch it on. As far as parking is concerned their parking lot has like three spots so we had to park down the hill in the town (3 min walk up the hill) where it's free. The town appears safe so we weren't too worried. The town itself has great little "small town shops" with antiques, one-of-a-kind finds, soap shop, olive oil shop, and multiple thrift stores. The town is a great place to visit and we will return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

First, let me start of by saying, we came to Bisbee to have fun...not to sleep. This hotel was perfect for that, as it was close to all of the action. We were greeted by the sweetest front desk girl, I'm sorry I didn't catch her name. The community kitchen was perfect with a full size fridge to store goodies from our road trip to Bisbee. Coffee with all the fixings were ready in the morning. The bed and room was super comfy. Our room was noisy as it faced the street, but again, we were aware that we are staying in the heart of the town and very glad we did. We rested peacefully once we wanted to, as our room was cozy. If you are a light sleeper, use their ear plugs, especially if you are on the street side. The hotel itself is super cute inside and the staff encourage you to walk around and check it out. There was a ghost tour that came through that we noticed when we went to our room to retrieve something while having fun, it didn't bother us because we weren't in bed at 8pm. I'm so happy that we chose this hotel and didn't let negative reviews sway us the other way. I would definitely stay here again.

Usually I sleep in my car when traveling, but when I arrived in Bisbee it was not feeling well and it was quite chilly and rainy. I was happy I found a place that : 1. I could afford 2. Was comfortable & clean 3. Was beautiful & unique Everyone I dealt with was friendly and kind. I found it to be a great place to recuperate. Comfy bed. Interesting decor. Nice little community kitchen area with coffee and tea in the morning, and a lovely sitting area. (As soon as I saw the ouija board I knew I was in the right place). You can easily walk to anywhere in town pretty much. Pretty cool place. I loved it.
