“I can write this review now that I've recovered from laughing reading Ron's review yesterday of the same room, Cowgirl Suite 203. Please note that Ron is clearly crusty and thinks its okay to make fun of blind people... so you might want to disregard that one, so unnecessarily nasty and mean anyways. My husband is "old folk" and did just fine (he also did the 1,000 stair walk, maybe not a good plan for Ron ?).So here's a real review of 203...There are a whopping two steps into the living room followed by ONE more step into the kitchen. There is maybe 8 steps from the kitchen down to the balcony/deck, but it was a bonus we didn't even have time to use.The suite was adorable, clean, and comfy. It is 2 bedrooms, we used the hall room to store luggage and then slept in the shared living / master suite which is also open to the kitchen. This gave the space a great studio feel, very relaxing and connected. The reason for the stairs/levels is because The Carrick has so much charm and character in its repurposed use.A VARIETY of snacks were available in the lobby from 3 to 7 and also left out on a dresser in the main hallway. Such a thoughtful and nice touch. This was such an unexpected and appreciated bonus we took advantage of.Some people care about this, so I will mention here that the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Great sleep/bed. Comfy couch, DirecTV. We were SOOOO comfortable.Brad and his staff were attentive and kind, much like everyone we encountered in Bisbee. The Carrick is a perfect example of the character and uniqueness you will find all over town that makes Bisbee so special. We can't wait to come back!”

“Canyon Rose Suites was a fantastic stay. The space was very clean, quiet, and perfectly blends historic charm with a modern twist. The bed was comfortable, and having a full kitchen and bath made it feel like home. Check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. The location is ideal—right in the middle of town but tucked back just enough to avoid any noise. I’d absolutely stay here again.”
“Loved this place! Joy was an amazing wealth of local information. It would be great just listening to her for the entire day! We stayed an extra day and she hooked us up with supper reservations and birthday arrangements! Kim is the human version of the Energizer Bunny and cooks a great breakfast! Beds were great! Thank you again!”

“Let me just say that if you are a fan of the Victorian style this is the place for you! It’s just beautiful from the furniture to the ornate fixtures and wallpaper in all of the rooms. We spent some time in the common rooms watching a movie on the projector while sipping drinks. The hotel receptionist Mel was really a standout as she was so knowledgeable about things to do around Bisbee and she even gave me a cool and unexpected little birthday gift when we checked out! I can recommend Hotel La More enough! Can’t wait to go back! 10/10”

“This place is incredible! The rooms are wonderful and have large bathrooms. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee (local roast, that is provided) in the morning is the very best! And in the evening a glass of wine from a complimentary bottle of wine! It is sparkling clean and inviting! I hope to come back again!!!”
“Definitely a nice place to stay and explore the town. Didn't spend much time in the room but who does? It had all the necessities that I needed, bed bathroom and shower. No TV but never use them anyway. No scenic window view, but I'd rather get out and see the sight of the town.”
“I love this place a lot I recommend staying here, I've stayed here 2 different times and different rooms. Each room is different and I love it.. there's a lot to like and both times with me no one or one couple.”

“Cool place to visit in Bisbee. I have gone to see music on the outdoor deck and grab a drink at the bar. The bar seats 3-4. Kind and accommodating staff. Great live music lineups and affordable drinks. Centrally located downtown.”

“Great and unique place to stay. The shower room was clean and well kept. We enjoyed a campfire one night and grilled bratwurst another. Many different trailers to sleep in. I highly recommend a stay here.”

“The rooms are clean, cute and comfortable. Yes, maybe outdated (as stated in many reviews) but it is a historic building in the downtown Bisbee, so we really enjoy the room's and hotel's charm.
The food is great - I had the BLT and it was delicious! The bartenders are awesome! Angela was very busy when we arrived to check in, but she took the time to show us our room and it's amenities, and she was very friendly. Later, Jennifer and Austin suggested great beers to my husband and their service was fast and friendly!
The balcony is a fantastic overview to Bisbee's downtown. If we come back to Bisbee, we will definitely stay here again!
Also, the cook and server for breakfast was nice, fast and accommodating. I didn't catch his name.”

“This is a beautiful historic hotel. It is reportedly very haunted. Although I didn't experience any spirits, I was so worried about it that I couldn't fall asleep all night!!”
“We were in town for only 1 day. Jonquil is in a good location to walk downtown and check things out, grab a bite to eat, check out the Mining & Historical Museum, and other interesting things to see. Its a very unique little town nestled in a steep canyon with many historic and older buildings clinging to steep slopes. Definitely worth a visit.....reminded me of Jerome, AZ. The staff at Jonquil were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean & comfortable. And considering it is right in town, I was surprised how quiet it was!”
