  We have used OK Realty and Doris for years as property manger for our rental house in Bisbee. She is always late or delinquent sending us the rent she collects. On a good month, she only sits on the money 4-6 weeks. Currently, end of February 2014, she owes us for three months. She does not communicate well and is slow to return calls. Unfortunately, there are few other choices for property managers and from what we have heard, Doris is like the others. If you use OK Realty, know what you are getting. If you are reliable, open a property management business so we, and others, can switch to you.
