Why is every other Post Office open on Saturdays but not this one? I'm tired of not being able to get a Box till Monday when notified on Friday evening that there is a Box to pick up because it doesn't fit in there small boxes at mail pick up boxes

Happy that the post office opened the lobby so we can access outside of work hours. I just wish it was back open to 24 hours.

Due to continual break ins by vandal thieves, our post office is currently on lock down during non business hours. For those of us whom are OB residents, we rely on the PO, because we do not have home delivery as an option. I'd like to whip, beat and stone the mother truckers who have caused this repeatedly. FU THIEVES

Great service, Hours could be greatly improved by getting a security camera so the lobby can be open later. For business owners, these lobby hours are not very workable.

I hope the USPS knows what an absolute gem Charlene is. This is a busy post office. There isn’t even a stamp machine. Oftentimes Charlene barely has a chance to catch her breath between customers. Despite this, she is always polite and pleasant. And very patient, too.

I agree that this office is understaffed and slow. They need at least 2 people working the front counter and an automatic kiosk would be great. The lines are frequently long and the fact that everyone on Old Bisbee has to have their mailed delivered to a box causes congestion outside and inside.

Extremely slow, mail never in the boxes, long lines always, people are nice but completely inefficient, mail is lost, short staffed, this office NEEDS a kiosk. It would decrease the lines significantly and relieve residents and staff.

One of the cool things to visit in Bisbee is the Old Post Office. It has been modernized to take care of today's business but, there are still some remnants of the old historical parts if you look around especially behind the counter. This was the gathering place back in the old days. There is even an old library that occupies the 2 floors above.

The bookstore inside the post office is nice. The prices are great and the staff is wonderful.
