They girls at Wafd are great. They take care of all our Business accounts and personal. They definately make banking and our Business affairs much easier! We wouldnt bank anywhere else.

Personally, I feel very comfortable with the service at the Bisbee branch, whenever I need help I am treated cordially and efficiently, both the manager and the rest of the staff are very friendly, for that reason I give them 5 ? for being the highest rating available! ?

A vortex of ineptitude.This bank operates as if we are in the year 1987. Think about that for a moment. To put it in perspective, Beverly Hills Cop II was the highest grossing film, next to Platoon. Yeah - if you were born before this, you DEFINITLY won't be happy here. It was and is a strange world... That said, here is my reasoning.One: Communication - If getting in touch with your bank promptly is important to you, do not use this bank. I've called during business hours (also did so today) and no one is available to take my call. They ask you to leave a message.Also, no one is available on their automated line, either. If you have been a victim of identity theft, you are not in luck, to say the least. There is literally NO ONE to discuss your concerns with.No one at this bank will have your back. Not artificial intelligence, not a real person, you are flying solo in a world of cybercrime. Have fun with that! I know I did!Two: Online 'Banking': If online banking is important to you, you will not be happy. For example, I see a payment I made two months ago just now processing. How is this even possible. Payments and debits are listed out of order, with incorrect business names and also, charges are processed days, weeks and months later.Three: Customer Service: I reported fraud - albeit late because I could not get ahold of anyone and there was literally no other mechanism for doing so, and was told it would be looked into and the item refunded. That never happened. I had to walk in to another WF branch in Tucson and the rep wasn't even aware of this, so I had to file ANOTHER claim.How this bank is in business and operating blows my mind.I closed my account today.Wow. Just. WOW.

I can not say enough nice things about the staff at the Bisbee Washington Federal branch . I have worked with this bank since they opened for business and personal banking and have had very professional ,efficient and personal experience . I highly recommend them for all your banking needs

I’ve had a checking account here for two years and love the people here. I call the corporate hotline once every couple of days to check my balance, and about once or twice a month I get the same guy on the line, and after he gets my identity verified he’s like, “Hey man, how’s the guitar playing going lately?” It’s outrageously cool how small and personable this bank is. For a bank.
