I had to ask my family to stop sending birthday cards to my children to our Bouse PO BOX because they were stolen every time for over a year. This only happened in Bouse. When they send them to Parker we receive them every time.

Rented a box for a year from them paid for that box. Was late one week and they sent all the mail I had in this during the paid cycle. I paid during the time the mail came in and instead of doing what I paid for, they sent it back. Unprofessional.

I sent 3 letters to 3 different addresses none of them got there.
