I had an extremely disappointing experience that wasted what little precious time I had during a holiday visit with my mother. The manager, Marco, while polite in his approach and seemingly professional, made a clear mistake in communication that completely derailed our plans. Instead of taking accountability for his error, he shifted the blame onto me, gaslighting me into thinking *I* was at fault.
As a manager, it is your job to ensure clear and effective communication with your customers. If a customer appears confused, it is your responsibility to find other ways to explain the situation until they fully understand. People don’t have the time to run around to different places to “port over an itinerary number,” especially when the process is already unnecessarily complicated. What could have been a smooth transaction instead turned into a frustrating and time-wasting ordeal due to poor communication.
I strongly recommend that management invest in better training on communication and accountability. Politeness alone does not make up for wasted time or a lack of effort in ensuring clarity. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this place.

If you’re thinking about getting AT&T service please call customer service so they can verify if you will have good service or not. We pay 60 dollars per phone for service and anywhere I go in Buckeye/goodyear/phoenix calls drop or can’t call out and the data connection sucks. They have a booster but you will pay 200 dollars for it. Steer clear if you can.

Don't attempt to file and insurance claim in stores. They will send you to a UBreakIFix store which can't fix your phone because at&t workers are too lazy to process your insuramce claim. So you drive where they tell you to go (40 minutes from home) to get there & be told they can't fix your phone because they don't have the parts. So I ended up driving 2 1/2 hours total for absolutely no reason and to not even get my phone fixed. I gave 2 star because they WERE able to change my auto pay so they weren't totally useless. Just mostly.
