Would have gave a no star but not in the options service sucks and they don't stand behind the products they sell i will stick with o'reilly's for parts they have better service

My husband is a mechanic and he asked me to take some parts back because it didn’t fit one of the cars he was fixing. When I got there a young guy was helping me but I guess I couldn’t return them because supposedly the item was used which it wasn’t. He called the manager an older man (Latino) and at the end he told me. Next time have your husband come and change the parts you should be in the kitchen cooking not returning parts. I went off on him and walked out. Today my husband bought some spark plugs and it was missing one he came to get the missing item and the customer service guy named Carlos was giving him a hard time. At the end he gave it to my husband but this place as soon as you walk in you can feel the bad vibe. I would highly recommend going to the one on southern and miller. Only if you must come to this one on Watson well then do it. But it’s a really bad place to go in.

Went in for a fuse, was turned away that it was a dealer only item. Looked online and found out it wasn’t but manager was not willing to help

It’s getting ridiculous trying to do a commercial warranty swap. No one at this location knows how to do anything. I have to drive all the way into litchfeild and the i10 to do warranty swaps. This store needs better training. The litchfeild store always takes care of me. September 1st at 930am.
