The simple truth is that I do not recommend this Buckeye bank at all, the 2 women who are there are not friendly at all, they always serve you very badly and in a bad mood and the truth is that yesterday I better took out my money and went to Chase bank, much better, I do not recommend the bank. from America ???

DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH!!! Yesterday around 10:20am, I went to cash my check and despite that my wife and I got a joint account with them, the teller said they couldn't cash my check due to "funds are not available".... this check is from the department of Treasury...a government check. So I asked the teller if deposit, when the funds would be available? She was fumbling words then the other teller said "the next business day" I said ok cool, signed and obtain my receipt. So last night while working, I received an email stating my check is on hold and the fund will be available on MARCH 9....next Thursday! One thing for certain, they lie to their customers to get them out of the branch. If she would gave the disclaimer that it may hold for a week, I could have went to a PLS and cash my check. Nope! None of that. As soon as our funds be available (direct deposit, income refund, etc) next week, we are closing our account and move on.

The worst bank! Always one teller! It's always a nightmare! I would never open up a checking account here! I came to pay off credit card! Won't ever walk through the doors of this poorly managed business ever! Love my USBank! Every time I come to this bank it makes me appreciate my bank more. Do better

One of the worst locations I have ever been. High turnover on tellers, never enough staff to help, manger is horrible. I walked in there today for help and was treated with the most disrespect, I have been banking there for over a decade and visited many locations I have to say due to this location and poor customer service, I wouldn’t bank there any longer. For anyone who is thinking of banking with this bank i highly don’t recommend it.

You would think with hours changing to be open on Saturday you would be able to get help when it's convenient for you. Check again, they refuse to help you without an appointment. My husband and I work all week long, as most families do, and the weekend is our time to get things done. I've been with BOFA for 13 years, I'm highly considering changing banks at this point. Poor service on site, great service over the phone to the 800 number.

Wish I could give less than one star. BofA customer for over 24 years and this Branch is by far the worst I've experienced. Customer service is slow and not helpful. Condescending remarks by the dark haired teller. Wish this wasn't my neighborhood Branch.

Choose a different branch. Get to the bank at 845am to do a wire. Bank opens get told needed an appointment to do it. Doesn’t say anywhere that was required. Ok decided cashiers check. Get in line 2 cashiers 2 people at the window one gets done. Cashier starts counting money instead of helping me out. Branch manager issac ends up helping the cashier because he had messed something 35 mins to get a cashiers check. Then instead of doing a wire and getting on with my day had to run the cashiers check to the place of business 45 miles away. Thinking of switching banks after being a member for over 20 years

Do not trust this bank! The Manager Marco is absolutely horrible, the ATMs do not track the funds deposited. I put in $450 into the ATM and it never made the deposit in my account. Went to the manager and he wouldn't even talk to me, just said file a police report. I've banked with BOA for years and never had an issue until working with the YUMA WATSON Branch, now I eagerly trying to close my accounts as soon as I can. PLEASE BEWARE, they do not care about their customer and will do everything in their power to NOT help you. Also, my ATM theft was NOT reported by them or third party to collect funds. BEWARE I am a veteran and this how they treat us.

The absolute worst as you can see by their low score. We needed some important paperwork went in they said only a banker could do it had to make an apt. Made an appointment showed up and of course theu could not find the apt. Did absolutely nothing to fix what was clearly their mistake on scheduling. They did not care about the urgency of what I needed horrible customer service 0 stars if I could just look at their low rating it speaks volumes
