Sushi guy is awesome, the employees are pretty hard workers so give them a break. Always stocking and cleaning. Very clean store, produce is always looking sharp and stocked. Alcohol is always stocked up but wait on Mondays.. it will be a lil empty. It’s the place I stop while working in Verrado.

Not sure what happened here but this Basha's has gone downhill fast. It started very well a few years back when it opened with good customer service, clean aisles and a nice atmosphere. Now, the employees are borderline rude and not helpful when you ask a question. Some don't even know where items are located. I placed an online order and was told several items were not available and after I go in the store to confirm, to my surprise, the items are actually there on the shelf. So the lazy employee didn't feel like searching for the items and just decided to mark them as not available. Wow. Also the store doesn't smell nice and clean as it used to. Management is not doing very well here.

Sorry to say this, but despite the good reputation of this shop, the donuts are not good, they don't have good leavening and when you eat them they taste like bagels .

Have to stop shopping here because they hired new employees that can't even verify an Arizona driver's license at the checkout. It's like a waste of time on top of higher than average prices. The new help sucks, the prices aren't competitive and despite me shopping here every week I think it's probably better to just drive down to fry's.
