Can’t recommend this place enough. I recently had to take my car in for repair. Jared and Porter were awesome and very helpful. Very transparent throughout the whole process. Picked up my car and not a week later it was making the same noise. Took it back in, they looked into it and found out the cause and made it right. I feel they are very honest and trustworthy and give it to you straight. They are definitely my go to auto repair shop now

I had a noise under my car. Pulled over. Looked underneath and seen my plastic was coming off. I ran to brakes plus on Watson rd. He pulled it in and fixed it within a few minutes. . Thank you Porter.

Waiting area was clean. Zeke and Porter were super nice and didn’t try adding on a bunch of things. Definitely suggest making an appointment. Took about 40 minutes total with my appointment so not bad at all.

Life threatening experience, truly. I went in for a free brake inspection and they stated I would need to get several things replaced but did not want to replace one thing without replacing everything. So they returned my car to me and at first it felt normal to when I gave it to them. I pulled over in the Walmart parking lot to see if there was another place I could go and then when I tried to drive my brakes were completely gone. I could not stop, my emergency brakes were gone. To put the car in park and it came to a complete stop. After having a mental break down to my dad on the phone, he informed me that they drained all my brake fluid out of my car. I had to wait for a mobile mechanic to come and fix my car. I just can’t believe how unethical this place is. To really put my life in danger, I could have crashed or hit someone.

I came in right at opening with no appointment, needing my battery changed so I could get to a from work. Jay was able to squeeze me in and although I didn’t end up getting it changed he was honest and advised me to check if I had a warranty where I bought it. Thank you for being honest.

Called to bring my vehicle for an oil change, brake pads, and fluid change. They got me in same day no issues and got it done. Highly recommend them over some of the neighboring shops.

Refused to do my alignment unless I agreed to other completely unrelated, unnecessary work. Their low prices are only there to get people in the door and prey on potential customers that are not familiar with automotive work. Will never try this company again.

Jay has helped me the two times that I’ve brought my car in and each time he has been very nice and knowledgeable when it comes to my vehicle. He takes the time to sit down and explain everything which I highly appreciate and everything is done in a timely manner! I highly recommend this location!
