Reading the other reviews I just realized I'm not the only one that has received horrible customer service from this branch. I have been a client for 17 years and Jesus said that didn't matter. ALMA, JESUS and the other tellers along with management offered very poor customer service. They had me waiting through the drive thru for about half hour. They were eating and chatting, but they couldn't help me because I had my debit card but not my identification. Horrible service will look into closing this account pretty soon.

I came in to get a document notarized and the young lady up front told me it would be anywhere from 30 to 45 min wait. I decided to wait, a whole hour went by and I still hadn’t got helped and the staff had a meeting during business hours so we had to wait extra time.
They could have helped us before their meeting but instead they finished their meeting and made us wait even longer. Whatever happened to customer service????

Terrible service. Needed a notary and ge or/she wasn't there at all. Couldn't even help me, basically told to go UPS and pay for it. I'm closing my account soon

Chase could not help my 81 year old mother sign on to Zelle. They apparently have their own version but still could not help her. They told her to write me a check. WTH? That is what we were trying to get away from. I heard the lady speaking to her with a condescending tone.

Visited today at 10:17 AM.. The bank supposedly opens at 9 AM according to the hours on the door. The outer door was open allowing for the use of the ATM machine, however the 2nd door was locked so I was not able to speak with the teller. If for whatever reason the bank cannot open at business hours, they should at least have a sign posted out on the outer door. There were about 5 cars outside waiting for them to open at the time.

COVID excuse for everything. You can’t do anything in a branch without an appt anymore? Time to switch to banks.
