I was just in at 10:00 PM tonight. ( I am typically a regular here ) I bring my own cup in. I prefer self checkout. But there’s no way to scan my personal cup. There used to be. What’s the use of self checkout if you can’t do it yourself or no one is manning it. SO I got a paper cup. Put water in it. Get up to self check out. No one there. Scan paper cup to pay for my refill, then wala a jerk of an employee appears. Questioning the cup. I explained I was using it to ring up my personal cup soda. He proceeded to tell me I have to pay for both drinks now. So he inputted both drinks. I am in total disbelief of this petty action. There needs to be away for us to scan a personal cup or we should have every right to ring up a paper cup. What the heck is the difference? VERY upset regular customer .

I was accused of trying to purchase tobacco products for another customer. There'd video footage that I did not speak to anyone outside or inside the store. The kid working was extremely rude and it was the strangest thing I have ever experienced.

This circle k has the worst customer service.
I informed the older Hispanic woman that worked there that there coke was out. She gave me a dirt look and walked away. As I check out the gentleman named Mason was so rude when I told him what happened with the lady, explaining why I got a cup with ice and a 20oz coke cola bottle. He rudely scanned the cup and said there's been no coke since Tuesday as if I should've known that. I told him he didn't need to be rude. So he sarcastically says Oh I'm so sorry.
Maybe you should put a sticker that says please choose another option like there was on the Pepsi and other soda.

Worst gas staion around in buckeye the never have enough staff to help and who they do have is rude agrisive amd combative they never will help when you make a mistake i made a mistake I put wroung pump number i told them right away and was hoping they swtch the pump buy no problem o no way the argued with me for 15 min then going ad far telling me go outside and tell the person that got on pump I put in to get off and that my gas is mine so putting my life in danger then when I told her no that not my job she ran out there so putting both are life in danger you never know what people will do these days then at end they told they wont help u mesed up the person came o. The pump stole you gas you messed up. See that not hownyou treat people they should Figured a way yo help the customer I will never go back I gave them a chance even when I had bad experience with them in the past never again and I contacted corporate

I won 10 dollars on a scratcher and asked for a 5 dollar bill I had in my pocket to be broken into five ones. However, they gave me a five dollar bill back with five ones. In total, I should have 16 dollars in my pocket. They took five dollars away from me, and this passes me off, I will only get a polar pop, any other drinks as well as food from this store address and nothing else. I'm deeply disappointed in this as I demand my money back and a better review of the cameras. This is the only thing that upsets me, all because I found a scratcher outside, on the ground.

This is the VERY worst store I’ve ever been in. The people who work there are very rude, and unhelpful, not to mention that the store is very dirty and cluttered.

Gas price is jacked up here compared to other stations off the interstate, a few exits down the road in either direction. Slow pumps. Difficult to exit.

Very busy location. We stopped for gas on our drive home and while it was busy we had no problem finding a pump at their large selection. The inside is your typical circle k. We picked up some fountain drinks and went through the self check out which saved ALOT of time because the line was pretty long at the counter. The location was clean as well as outside near the pumps. Easy access back to the freeway as well.

Fast service, and I’m so happy to see they carry Beatbox beverages! My favorite drink!
