I am a resident from Verrado I been living there since 2006. What I experience from this gas station for the past few years is just terrible.
The place is so dirty . Coffee service felty attendance always eating behind the line very very unfriendly , I have to say hello there how are you, or they don’t say anything. the gas service is the worse for Verrado the place is very unattended they don’t care . I stop there only when I don’t have any gas the station is just like something from down town Phoenix very dirty see pictures.

Ken needs to be fired. I've been living here for over 10 years and granted they haven't had the best employees. This morning though I asked a man if he had hand sanitizer after blowing his nasty nose right in front of me. He then THREW me ID on the counter as I was buying cigars to smoke out of. Excuse me but that's just gross and rude of him. Thank God there was a supervisor on duty. I did indeed let that supervisor know that everyone isn't going to be patient for Ken. Ken is a older American made man.

There’s no true interaction between the employees and the customers. Everytime I come into this store the employees just stare at me and don’t say a word. I’m not the only one I promise you. I watch this time and time again and wonder how is this allowed?

1115pm NA Female employee kept messin with me. I just want my products when I shop, im a veteran, a guest, you want to be friends? Give me the right energy.I had a camera on my key chain too, lady kept yellin at me like she didn't care. Where camera guests, good luck.Wish i didnt have to report this, but mane! Hopefully my kids dont have to deal with this..

This gas station is absolutely run into the ground, which is really sad, because there are very few options out this way. Tonight 2 gas pumps had bags on them indicating they were not functioning. Two other pumps said ‘pay inside’. The windshield cleaner buckets don’t have water. The ATM machine doesn’t work, and the soda machines are disgusting. It just seems like someone built it and then forgot it.

I went in around 2 in the afternoon on New Years Eve and there was only one register open and I was very surprised by how the line moved very fast and was run very professionally and I asked the girl working the register what her name was and she said with a smile that her name was Stacey, and I told her that I wanted to know:because I felt that she was doing an outstanding job of moving the customers through the line and had a very pleasant attitude and I was very happy with the service I received. I live in the Verrado subdivision and I go there all the time and I have seen a lot of employees come and go at this convention store and that day was the best service I have had there and thank you Stacey for the excellent service I ever received at that location.

Clerk was EXTREMELY rude. Accused me of having an attitude. All she could do was tell how she could refuse me. You can get good customer service if you’re nice!!!! Her words. You don’t need people like her.

This review is of the lady working graveyard on Sunday night. She had a terrible attitude. She kept giving me dirty looks while processing my transaction, maybe because I interrupted her cigarette. I asked for the remainder of my cash to be put on a pump, but she just gave me the change instead. I guess she didn't want to sell me gas.

solid gas station experience. buzzballs in stock. but- DO NOT come here for premium gas unless you have like 10 extra minutes to spare. pump is so slow ?
