I’ve bought so many sets from discount tire but a simple rotation appointment has caused me to never go back. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Great service. Picked up a nail and they fixed and balanced my tire (no charge) even though I purchased the tires from a competitor. Their only ask was that next time I need tires, I give them a chance to quote.

Was told and invoiced for tire repair. Picked my keys up at front desk and was told, “you’re all taken care of, we got that tire repaired and put the spare away.”
Left the store and proceeded on with my day… Only to find out later my tire was not repaired and spare was never removed. When I called store to ask, was told there was a miscommunication and my tire could not be fixed but no one told the front desk.

I went by yesterday got tires rotated waited two and half hours then this morning my tire light came on I took it to the closest discount near me which was in McDowell and they said I needed new sensors and I am missing a stud on right side nothing was said about these things yesterday so I don't understand why nobody said anything so train staff better if you see a issue say something no matter how small

Waited here for over 20 minutes no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help ended up leaving i refuse to do business with people like this especially if they're standing around in groups just talking

Wasn’t the best experience; they changed my tires yes and put new locking bolts on my tires but they didn’t put the same size lug nuts on all my tires, 3 out of the 4 are the same size and 1 tires lug nuts are a completely different size, smh do better

I have been a customer of Discount Tire for many years, and I will continue to be. I moved to Buckeye Az. 2 years ago at this store has been my new home for tires and repairs. Kenny and his team really go above and beyond. I will continue to support this store for many years to come.

If you have size 19” tires I suggest going someplace else. I called and they quoted me $104 to install 4 tires on my car and when I went to pay it magically went up to $200. Never coming back and I had to leave my car there. Idk about yall but I’ve never paid more than $120 to install a new set of tires and that’s including the disposal fee
