Scott was incredibly personable and helpful. He took us on a tour of several units, each clean enough to practically move in. The prices are very reasonable, Scott was friendly and fun to work with. I didn’t think it was possible to fall in love with a storage unit, but I can see myself doing so.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with StorQuest. Yes, the facility is modern and well maintained, but my experience has been truly amazing, largely because of Scott, the front desk manager. Whenever I see him, he demonstrates outstanding customer service. He always greets customers with a genuine smile and a positive attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
At the same time, Scott is professional and proactive in addressing business matters, including building amenities, safety, and general concerns. He looks out for the best interests of both the customers and the facility. For example, when my card on file had expired and I forgot to update it, he reached out promptly with a thoughtful reminder call—showing how much he cares about both the customer and the business.
Although I could move to a nearby storage facility with slightly lower rates, the exceptional customer care I receive here makes all the difference.
Thank you for providing such a great experience through employees like Scott.
