StorQuest Self Storage is by far the most immaculate and secure place to store your goods! Rob (the site manager) is a friendly & professional gentleman. He definitely adds that extra touch of excellent customer service and is always available to inquire upon any questions one may have. Highly recommend StorQuest Self Storage over any other self storage in the West Valley!

I used this facility to store furniture and personal items for about a year and a half. Scott and Robert did a great job making the process simple and provided great customer service based on my storage needs. They were friendly, personable, and helpful. I felt that my items were secure and it was easy to set up my account for the storage unit as well as end the agreement. This facility usually had flatbeds to assist with moving your items.My items were just as I left them after being stored in a temperature controlled environment.I hope I never have to store my items long-term again, but if I did, I would use StorQuest Self Storage.

Scott, is amazing!!!!!I needed to rent a unit and called 10 minutes before you closed. He stayed open late to assist me with the rental as I had an emergency situation.That is going above and beyond for sure!He really knows how to feed the human spirit, his customer service is top notch.Thank you,Michelle Thomas

Robb and Scott at the West McDowell site in Buckeye, AZ are the Best! My experience storing my items there was Amazingly easy! I had a health issue come up and was able to take care of things over the phone. Both Scott and Robb went above and beyond to address any issues or concerns I had. Their customer service was exceptional! They are the reason this location is a success! It’s really clean & I like the fact that it’s temperature controlled. The staff has always been friendly and helpful (Scott in particular) & the hours that it’s open are good. It’s a little on the pricier side, I think, but knowing that my belongings are secure and in well run facility makes up for it.

Customer service at the Verrado, Buckeye location was above and beyond. Units are always clean. No pests on site. Parking is always available. 10/10 recommend!

Scott was the most friendly, professional and understanding person I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He was very direct and honest when I had questions or concerns. As a sales rep with a need for company provided material to be in a storage unit, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. I would go back anytime I need storage help. In fact, when we moved, I used this facility for our houseware too. 5 stars all day every day.

I was a bit reluctant to put my prized possessions in a storage facility until I met the gentleman at this location, They make you feel like family. It is nice to know my stuff is in a safe place.
