I've been here twice recently for document scanning and printing related to an out of state home purchase. Amy was super helpful and friendly and made sure to go out of her way to assist me with my print jobs to ensure they printed correctly the first time.

This is my favorite FedEx location! And Amy's customer service consistently exceeds expectations. She makes me feel like I am her only customer and for that reason alone I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you Amy!!! You're a Rockstar!

Employee was very nice but the young lady manager( don’t remember name) was very sarcastic and condescending regarding my box of plates that I was shipping. I have always packed my items well and had no worry of breaking during shipping. Items arrived just fine. I have shipped items for 20 yrs without any issues. I didn’t react to her as I should have but I was too tired and just wanted to get out of there.

I am very, very disappointed with FedEx and with this particular facility. My merchandise was initially scheduled to arrive on Thursday. I needed to be there in-person to sign. I was not going to be home on Thursday so I went online and signed up as a customer to change the delivery date. I requested the package to be held at this office so I could come in and pick it up. The next email I got said the package was delayed and would be delivered on Friday. I signed in again and said NO, please hold the package. I got an email confirming it would be held and I would be notified when it was available for pickup. The next email I got said it would be delivered on Saturday. I assumed "delivered" to the facility. Next email (Saturday morning) stated it was out for delivery. Great, I was at work all day Saturday. The next email said it is now rescheduled for Tuesday. I signed in again and requested it be held at the facility. Then I called the facility and talked to someone, after a 21 minute hold listening to their advertisements... barf. Oh no, you can't change the delivery date and have it held at the office online. You need to TALK to an agent. (!) Are you kidding me! What is the point of even having that option? It doesn't say call someone. AND, get this, it takes 24 hours to take effect. So if I called on Monday it would not take effect until Tuesday, but it will be on a truck for delivery on Tuesday. I thought I did everything right. Who knows when I will get the package and how beat up it will be by the time it gets delivered. I will let the company I purchased the item from know how absolutely terrible FedEx was. UPS - no problem, Amazon - amazing, FedEx - sucks.

Avoid this place if you can.. I waited 20 mins in line while the cashier talked with her friend. For a 20 sec fax..insane..I should have left...

Went there it was closed for lunch. Not sure why they employ only 1 person. Pretty bad, it’s not a mom and pop store.

Apparently those close for lunch. Your guess is as good as mine when they take said lunch so it’s best to call ahead to see if they’re actually open
