They have a quote from the supposed founder that enlightens customers on fundamental honesty being a keystone to their success. However, I took the time to set an appointment over a week in advance, was quoted a 2 hour time frame to complete my request and after 6 hours I contacted them, and they still stated it was 2 hours from completion. 2 and a half hours elapsed, and I wasn't contacted. So I went to the store and I saw that my car is sitting in their lot. Completed. No one contacted me as promised. Clearly, they were dishonest about honoring my appointment time, inconsiderate of my time in general, and lack customer service. On top of their overpriced parts and labor service, if you are comfortable not being valued as a client, is only then when I would recommend this company.

Arrive at Firestone Sunday morning 3/2/25 with a nail in the tire of my suv after the repair was made at Firestone the tire continued to leak air returned to Firestone the next day and spoke with the employee who repaired my tire and was told nothing can be done we cannot repair the same patch twice I left very disappointed and took my vehicle to the dealer and was told by their technicians that the patch was done poorly and incorrectly and now the tire needs to be replaced because of liability. The new tire is over $200 so beware of this facility for tire repair

Blew a tire down the road from here with an hour and a half before they closed. They were super busy and we were stranded. They got us a new tire after closing time. Thank you!

Highly recommend! Professional, prompt, trustworthy work. Caleb was amazing from my call in to get my car towed to waiting on service to get completed to follow up on the service. Appreciate his ability to connect with his customers. This is uncommon nowadays and he took great care of my car that I was at ease the second I walked in with my keys. Thank you Caleb for the outstanding service and making a great experience for me in a stressful time of a vehicle issue. Go ask for Caleb and don’t forget to sign up for a firestone credit card!!

I had a great experience at Firestone. My car was leaking oil, and Mark went above and beyond to help me. He was patient, accommodating, and explained everything clearly. They fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, and I was so impressed that they didn't charge me for the repair since I had just gotten an oil change the week before. I highly recommend this place and especially Mark!

Marc was amazing at helping me with alignment and getting it where needed, not a long wait for me at the store. Rest of staff is friendly also.
