Fry's Marketplace is a clean store with excellent and friendly customer service, where staff are consistently helpful and courteous. Grocery selection and prices are great, fair, and equitable. It is highly recommended for rations and other self-care items, is very convenient, and has excellent parking and handicap access. Senior Day is a great opportunity. However, the store often has no carts available inside due to management inattention, forcing customers to scavenge in the parking lot. It also tends to be out of stock of items for extended periods, and customers have unknowingly purchased expired groceries. A specific frustration is the deli placing price labels across zipper openings, which tears the bag. Additionally, the pharmacy does not accept Tri-Care insurance for military retirees, which is a huge disappointment.
