I feel bad for the Pharmacy staff and pharmacists that are there as they are very shortstaffed. However, being three days behind on all prescriptions can cause significant health implications For medical patients. Also having to wait to talk to somebody even though you've already done the online phone process for your prescription to never Receive a message, zero communication and no prescription being ready is astounding. I have been Using this Pharmacy for about 12 years because it's closest to my house, but the last three or four years has been terrible. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone that Is on a reoccurring medication and has a recurring prescription as it will never be ready on time. There is also a lot of misinformation that is given to customers about their prescriptions due to Not enough staff nor training. If you need your prescription in a timely manner and don't want to fuss every month With your pharmacy, I suggest you go elsewhere.

We've been using Frys on Watson for pharmacy needs since 2021, and havent had any issues. The pharmacists have caught errors on scripts, are always knowledgeable, and friendly, and the staff have always been very helpful. Sometimes, there's a wait if we go during a busy time, but that's anywhere these days.

When I started getting my prescriptions filled here a year ago it was great. I had left Walgreens because I would get a message that my prescriptions were ready and when I would get to the store they wouldn't be ready and I would have to wait 30 to 45 minutes before I got them. Sometimes they would say 1 to 2 hrs. So anyways now I am at Frys. The last 6 to 9 mos has been horrible. My prescriptions are sent in and I will wait for them to send message that they are ready after so many hours I will call and they will say they will be ready in 45 mins I wait an hour and a half and fo to the pharmacy only to find out they are still working on them. I will again be told it will be 30 to 45 mins so I have to leave and come back. A few times even after that I will get there and they are still not ready. So this time my dr sent my prescriptions in on the 9th of July. When I checked online it was saying they were in progress on the 11th I called and they said they were working on them. And that it will post when they are ready. So it's the 15th and I just went to the pharmacy and they said they were working on them. I told her you guys have been working on them for 7 days. She looked it up like I was lying and then told me they would be ready in 30 mins. So now I am waiting 30 mins in my car because I brought my dog and I cannot leave him in the car because it is over 100 degrees outside. I hope they are ready when I go there. Most of the people who work there are very nice and I feel bad because they are getting yelled at because people are going in expecting to pick up their prescriptions and they are not ready. If your business has picked up and you are getting more prescriptions you should probably hire more people. Or lose the customers you have. I guess the choice is up to the company. It's to bad they can't be there to get the angry customers complaining to them.

I had to change to this pharmacy due to my pharmacy no longer taking my insurance. Every single month it’s not me issue after another. My latest issue was that I called and they said my prescription couldn’t be ready till the next morning. I work early so I came in after work. The gentleman that help said it was not ready and maybe tomorrow but I should call before to see. I said no that’s what I did yesterday and it is still not ready. He said they are short staff.
this is an every month thing. My son went without his meds for almost for two weeks because they said they didn’t have a prescription for him dr called and confirmed. After the first week they “found” the prescription but it was expired. I had to make another appointment with his dr so that they can send a complete different prescription. This pharmacy really has some dangerous practice messing with people’s medication. I feel they are a law suit waiting to happen. If I could give .5 stars I would

Whats up w Eddie. He's so rude and lazy. The first time I've had trouble at this pharmacy and I told my husband. He knew exactly the person I was talking about. Do better man. You're here to help people. If you don't want to do your job then find a more self fulfilling job where you don't help people. You clearly hate doing that

Nothing is ever ready at this pharmacy. My prescriptions for my back pain were sent over to them two days ago, tomorrow will be day 3 of pain without those meds. They will never show a sense of urgency or sympathy, and they never can give a clear answer as to why it takes so long.

If I could give ZERO stars right now I would. Just do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE. Today I had one of the top 3 most painful procedures you can get. My Dr told me that something got hacked world wide and the pharmacy might not get the prescription. He filled out a paper script for a narcotic instead. My husband dropped me off before heading over. He gave them the script, they say 1 hour. He drops my son back off at home, and comes back an hour later. At this time I gather some strength and look at my phone to see a missed call from them saying they need my ID. So it’s not even beginning to be filled yet. I send my husband scans of my ID, which they take, and have him wait even longer. It’s almost 7:30 at this point, and I should have had my pain medication by now per my surgeon’s orders. He waits and they just THEN tell him as all other pharmacies are closing, as my Dr is closed, that they WILL NOT fill it. Why? Because he didn’t leave a wee side note saying it was a narcotic for surgery. The way this pharmacy handled this was negligent, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. They should have told us to begin with that they would not fill it if anything. Not to mention the lady I spoke with said my husband did not wait hours??? YES HE DID. This pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves, and if you need a prescription GO ELSEWHERE. The same lady has told my husband before this is the most disorganized pharmacy she’s ever seen. Well congrats. You’re right!

This place is so busy all the time. The lines are long. They don't keep staff as every time I stop in, they have different people working. The staff always seems overworked and under paid. Prescriptions take 2 days to fill because of the workload, staffing issues or it's not in stock. I'm very disappointed in this pharmacy. I'm moving my RX to Walmart.

They’re always behind due to high volume of customers and being short staffed yet whenever I call they always answer and if I let them know I need my prescription now and not later they always fill it within the hour. Super on top of if I’ve never had issues here
