Hometown Ace Hardware Verrado is a friendly and helpful local store. It is a convenient and nice new store in the neighborhood. Customers find the service to be great and report never being disappointed. The associates are knowledgeable, willing to help, and provide personal service to figure out the best solutions. They offer quality products and have everything needed for projects like irrigation, often having more than other locations. While they do not always have every single item, they most often do have what customers are looking for, making it much better than the big box stores. Their rewards program is also great. As the helpful hardware folks, they are committed to offering a helpful shopping experience from local experts.
The first time at this location. Seemed like the staff was friendly enough. They where able to point me in the right direction but didn't offer any other help. Cashier updated my info. At least they where open and closer than HD.

I love going to this store. It's so much better than going to a big box store because there's always someone there to help you without waiting. I dealt with Cassie when something couldn't be found and she went above and beyond in getting me what I needed. Great store!!
