Went to port my phone service, i was taken care of by Anita. She was very courteous and helpful with guiding me to pick a phone that met me and my families needs. She went out of her way to provide me a bundle deal with phone screens. I highly recommend looking to switch phone service providers! Don't forget to ask for Anita!

They gave me a used phone when I went in to buy a new one. I had serious issues with just using my new phone within a day after buying it. I went in to ask for a replacement and they wouldn't because I didn't have phone insurance. Not only does my screen frequently go on the fritz, but the battery depletes rapidly, as though this phone has been used every day for 2 years. I've had issues with metro in the past and I'm switching to another phone service provider.

I just want to say George is wonderful at his job. My wife paid for everything and was told unfortunately the phone was locked and she was not able to get a refund at the time manager will be in on Wed. My wife called and told me and I was livid and I mean livid. I went off on George and none of this was even his fault, he simply was just doing his job. After going off on him and hanging up. I just could get off my mind how I just treated this man and he took every bit of my nastiness. I felt disgusted with myself, I had to callback and apologize because for one George didn’t deserve that treatment and in fact nobody does. So Kuddos George for working well under pressure. In this situation I’m reminded to check myself.Sorry about this rant yall.
