They're pretty helpful here and usually pretty attentive to their customers, the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because stock on items that I buy all the time is very hit and miss. I know that's not completely their fault but it's been an ongoing struggle for a couple years now and I would hope at some point they would work out supply chain issues instead of just letting them go.

I had a trailer bearings go bad on me while I was on my way out of town. Stopped at this Oreillys store and counterman Robert O’keefe was on the ball on what I needed to fix my trailer. He had got all my parts and was very professional about his job. We got it all and back on the road. Thank youBrad

Robert and his team where great we had a issue with our trailer on our way out to Cali for the dunes and Robert and his team where on it to get us the right parts got the trailer fixed and where on our way again thanks to the whole team and Roberts expertise

This place is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. We came in to order parts and they ordered the wrong ones?♀️ fine, we came back to exchange them for the correct parts and they ordered the wrong ones again! This is only for an '04 Taurus by the way, it's not rocket science. We then had to come back in AGAIN, the next morning and AGAIN they had ordered the wrong parts. The man helping us, Rogan, did not even apologize or care about all these problems and, when we got, understandably, upset but trying not be be difficult, he acted completely rude and unhelpful. Trust me DO NOT go here! They WILL not order the correct parts, they WILL make returns and exchanges a complete nightmare and they DO NOT AT ALL care about customer service, satisfaction or even running a decent store. Trust me, do not EVER come here.

These guys (and gals) rock. I've been getting my parts here since I moved to the area in 2016. I'm in here at least one to four times a month. Never once have they sold me the wrong part or given me wrong advise. It's a real pleasure dealing with these folks.

I recently had a rather disappointing experience at Miller Road O'Reillys. I visited the store to have a battery installed, and unfortunately, the level of service I received left much to be desired.Upon arriving at the counter, I requested assistance with installing a battery. To my surprise, the cashier informed me that she was unable to help due to a sore finger. However, I couldn't help but notice that she was able to carry the battery from the shelf to the counter without any issues. This inconsistency in her explanation was rather perplexing and left me feeling frustrated.Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and unfortunately, this particular encounter did not uphold those standards. As a customer, I expect a certain level of courtesy and willingness to assist, especially when seeking help with a straightforward task like installing a battery.The interaction left me questioning the commitment to providing a positive customer experience. It's important for businesses to ensure that all staff members are properly trained to handle customer requests and to offer assistance whenever possible. This not only reflects positively on the business but also encourages customer loyalty and repeat business.While I understand that individuals may have off days or minor inconveniences, it's crucial to remember that these factors should not compromise the overall quality of service provided. I hope that management takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their customer service practices. It's my sincere hope that no other customer has to encounter a similar situation in the future.In conclusion, my recent experience has marred by a lack of customer-friendly service, which is disappointing considering my expectations as a loyal customer. I hope that steps are taken to address these concerns and improve the overall customer experience.

O'Reilly's off Miller in Buckeye has the best staff. They are incredibly friendly. They are always so knowledgeable and helpful. Dealt with Barbara this morning and she was so nice. My go to auto parts store.

We were on vacation, and our battery was acting up. Didn't turn off. O'Reilly AutoParts(Buckeye) had the battery we needed. They went over and above by calling over to Jones Ford to get us right in to install. They were just down the road, and we were in and out quickly. Wish I could remember "her" name.
