“I ordered something, forgetting Monday was a holiday. Unfortunately I was staying in a hotel and my package was supposed to be delivered the day we were heading out. We waited a bit beyond the time and no package. So before we left for our trip we stopped by the post office. It was lunchtime on a weekday so it was busy. The staff apologized several times for the wait, but were very attentive to the customers they were helping, not rushing through or giving attitude.
My turn finally came. I was helped by Chance. He greeted me warmly and listened to my dilemma. He patiently explained the options and rushed off to see where my package actually was. He managed to catch it before it was sent on its merry way, and now I'm on the road with my mail instead of trying to chase it all over the United States. Thank you Chance for your swift and kind service, it helped so much!”
