This has to be the WORST Sports Clips. I live in California and have taken my son to various ones his whole life (he’s almost 16 now), it’s our go to and we loved it. However, today I went into the one in Buckeye on Watson to get my grandson a haircut for school. I understand it’s super busy because you start school in just a few days. I was willing to wait. But when I got there and it was an almost 7 hr wait that is insane!!!!! Not to mention you only have 2 stylists working when we were there, 2!!! The 2 ladies working there were so rude and quite possibly overwhelmed. There was no greeting when we walked in. One lady from the back yelled from her station to ask if I had checked in online. I explained I was having issues because the GPS was stating I was coming from Southern Ca (that’s where I live) She said well you need to check in. The other lady said just check in. I said I’m trying but it’s showing my location as coming from 6 hrs away. She yelled again yeah that’s what our wait time is. It was giving me your wait time plus driving from another state time on top of that so almost 12 hours on the app. She said well just check in and we’ll text you tonight when it’s your turn. They didn’t have to yell in front of a crowded salon and they didn’t have to be rude and they could have actually helped me. I honestly probably won’t ever bring my son back to any of your locations and I definitely won’t bring my grandsons. I walked next door and took my grandson to Fantastic Sam’s. They were kind and helpful and it wasn’t a 6 hour wait. Do better. Be kinder. Be helpful. Be better. Staff accordingly.

Won't be coming back. The so called "barber" ruined my hair. No effort, no hi, how are you. Didn't listen to me when asked how I like my hair cut. Then asks for a tip lol you're joking. Also who the hell goes to sports clips to have a dude cut their hair. Get your act together.

It's 10:30am. Been waiting here since 9:55am for a 10am when the doors open. Still no one is here and the place is closed. Horrible service! Multiple people have came and left and said this happens all the time. Thanks for wasting everyone's time

This is the second time I'm sitting in front of the door waiting and no one shows up. Website says they are open yet nobody is here, and I'm hearing from other costumers that it an ongoing thing. Waste of people's time!!!

I really enjoy this location and ever since I've started going here, I've always gotten what I wanted and exactly how I wanted it. I've tried other barbers instead of commercial businesses like this, but this location and business by far has always satisfied me. The last time I got a haircut, I went across the street to an actual barber and I got exactly what I didn't want. I went home and buzzed it and I let it grow out forever until today. I set up an appointment online for this location of sports clips and I got the female barber who goes by "Felicia". She was a very professional person and I knew from once I saw her, she knew what she was doing and I immediately trusted her. I asked for a modern mullet with a taper on the sides and followed up by giving her a reference photo and by the end of the hair cut, I couldn't have been more happy. I extremely recommend this location as well as Felicia. Everyone is also really nice and if you're a sports person. They won't bore you with the current teams/games that are playing. 10/10 overall experience.

First time coming to sports clips I will say I'm very impressed by this place it was clean friendly awesome experience all around. I been looking for a good place and provider for months now and I found it. I highly recommend Andrea she helped me out and she was amazing she was able to do my military fade and beard trim and line up better than I could expect. She even recomend the vip haircut and I was so relaxed I didn't wanna leave lol defiantly will be going back from here on our thanks for all your hard workServices: Haircut

Terrible decision with the app it will cancel your appointment just as you walk in the door. Not only a pain for the average customer but in my case with this location I’d already driven the 45 min it takes to get there not” hey wait another hour cause our appointment process sucks” thanks sport clips won’t be back.
