The girl there was talking in another language the whole time to the other technicians there. That wasn’t even the problem with me as long as you do what you need to do but she was obviously not taking my service serious at all. She painted my nails the wrong color. She didn’t do the hot towel, or stones, or some of the other services I paid for in the Deluxe pedicure and still charged me for the Deluxe pedicure. I didn’t even say anything and gave her a tip but I will never go back. There are many other places to get your nails done in Buckeye.

Best nail salon in Buckeye!! First time I was here and they definitely did not disappoint!! Cindy was fast and so sweet and kind! Thanks so much for doing exactly what I wanted!! You did a beautiful job!!
Requested style: She did exactly the design I wanted and was so fast and I didn’t have to wait forever for someone to take care of me! Definitely would recommend.
Cleanliness: The salon was very clean and comfortable!

I'm from out of town and found this nail shop 2 months ago. I love the service! Mindy did my nails last 2 times and I LOVE them! I gave her my inspiration photo and she nailed it!
Requested style: I gave her an inspiration photo and she helped pick the perfect colors. We changed up the design just a bit and I LOVE them!
Cleanliness: Very clean friendly shop

I was in town visiting my daughters for a girls weekend. We called to see if they had room for three and they said yes. When we arrived all chairs were full. Instead of waiting we made an appointment to come back later when we could get three chairs together. When we arrived we were seated and waited longer than the pedicures for the technicians to be available. One daughter was completely finished before they started on me and my other daughter. Her pedicure was very rushed. When they finally got around to us ours felt rushed also. Neither one of us even noticed the hot rock massage it was so quick if at all. And the daughter that finished first had to sit across the salon alone and wait for us. The salon itself was clean and the pedicure was ok. If we had all started and ended around the same time it would have been better. If I were to try again I would not go with three people on a busy Saturday Mother’s Day weekend. it felt like they were just trying to rush as many people through as they could.

This was the worst pedicure I've had. I sat there waiting forever and then was rushed through my pedicure. They didn't even do everything I paid for. Completely skipped the hot rocks etc. I was rushed out of there faster than I could even get my shoes on. I get being busy but if you can't provide the full service someone has paid for and refuse to charge less for it, maybe you shouldn't overbook yourself.

This place is Awesome! Been coming here for a long time! These people work hard- and I'm always greeted with a Smile. Andy up front is so friendly and funny! Love Love Love Jade. She does the Best Pedicures! And is a Beautiful person inside and out ❤️And Kevin does my Nails, he is always very friendly and does a great job. They all do. They go up and beyond for their customers! I appreciate you all so much! Best Nail Shop! Thank you for making me feel comfortable and cared for!!!!! Love you guys!

I'm a little disappointed, I used to really love this place but have been going to a different nail salon closer to my home for gel manicures, today I decided to go back here because I didn't want to make the drive and I knew they did good work, I just wanted a gel manicure because my natural nails are really pretty and long and I don't like the heavy feeling of acrylic or polygel. My nail tech talked me into trying the polygel and pretty much didn't give me the choice for just a gel manicure like I asked, she told me the poly gel would be $50 and after I was done she charged $60 before a tip, these are very thick and clumpy and I absolutely hate them. Needless to say I will not be returning:(

I won't return after 1 pedicure, did a fast job at clipping, barely filed and not buffed well! Did not even take ->>ANY time 2 clean/cut cuticles and a paint job for 47$. I didn't say I wanted gel. By the time she brought the curing light over I was locked in to an upcharge. Not a $47 job at all. Nope, I don't have cash for tip-by the way, not surprised they asked.. i didn't speak up because i wanted to see what kind of job they do. Because I would have!!.. but I'm visiting the State. Good-bye T&Tis nails. On to your next victims and gouging them for a terrible job. Be warned ppl. I am Actually Quite Pissed OFF TBH. Zer0 Stars here!
