The only way to print is to email the store since self services has been down for months. They charge you $3 to email a document and then more to print it. If the only access we have to print is by sending an email I’m not sure why we have to pay $3 to send an email to the store.
It’s ridiculous because this extra charge wasn’t even disclosed to me until after the email had been sent and they printed my documents.

If I could put zero stars I would. So so so upset. Got there before closing. Doors were locked and they wouldn’t let me in. And the worst part is I come from far away and they’re the closest ups to me. Disappointed would be an understatement. What a waste of gas.

I would give thisThis UPS center number 6422 A zero if it was possible. But the employees are always friendly and helpful. I am aware it's not their fault that the franchise refuses to refund partial payment of $113.00 that I paid to Filled out an application to rent a mailbox from them on June 16, 2025. But had to cancel the rental box on June 28, 2025, due to family circumstances beyond my control. I requested partial refund on the 113.00 paid on the box that I never used, and was told that they don't allow refunds. So they are keeping money for services they never provide.

Long lines, over priced $$$$ they UPS wanted $40+, USPS $14 for a 12X16 canvas no frame, did not deliver on time paid over $140. for 1 page next day to Kansas and 1 page to Oklahoma City it arrived after the copies I mailed first class USPS, and no refund/ rate reduction or accountability the storesays go online the website says go to the store. I feel I got ripped off! Just go to the post office worth the drive and the savings$.

Sierra is literally the nicest person ever 🥹 super busy place but she always has a smile. Respectfully I wish they made her manager. She is literally the sweetest employee in Buckeye. I wish everyone could be like this thank you for testing us with respect! 🫡

This store charges you $3.23 TO PRINT OUT THE SHIPPING LABEL after you have paid for the shipping. I’m not down for your nickel and diming practices UPS, just increase the shipping cost if you need the money that bad.

I went to this UPS store to send a fax because I was in the area. It was taking a while to go through so the young lady suggested I leave my name, number, and email so that when it goes through she would email the confirmation. However, if it didn't go through she would call to let me know. Well I didn't receive an email or call after 5 hours so I called to get a status. When I called I spoke with Rebecca and she said that they didn't have a confirmation and to come back to have it faxed again. I told her that I don't live close and I can go somewhere closer so I'd rather have a refund since I didn't get the service I paid for. She said that pursuant to the owner they don't give refunds for faxes. Well it seems as though there is going to be an issue with me and this store about getting a refund. Stay away from this store because it's just not worth the inconvenience and the time. Get your services done elsewhere!

Super friendly and engaging staff. They have always gotten my packages out quickly. The remodel is very cool. Efficient use of space and flows well. Parking can be a challenge in their parking lot, because there is several businesses using the same lot. Mail box rentals are available for small businesses

I want to compliment this store location #6422 on Watson Road in Buckeye for their incredible customer service, professionalism, and friendliness. They keep a constant smile on their faces even though the lines are out the door in this busy location. They quickly get through the lines efficiently. Angela is definitely a high quality employee that radiates an outstanding personality where any good and reputable employer should be proud to have her.
