I'm new to Buckeye. Had what I thought was going to be an expensive key replacement situation. Akiem (hopefully I spelled his name correctly) took the time to resolve my issue on one phone call. He went above the normal to ensure that I would receive my anticipated mail. Kudos sir!!! You are appreciated!!

I accidentally sent a package to our old address in Buckeye (we now live in Missouri) and the staff was was super helpful and helping me intercept and ship the package to our new address!
