This Walgreens Pharmacy receives praise for its friendly and helpful store staff, with multiple reviews noting the clean and organized environment. Customers describe the general store employees as nice, professional, and willing to provide excellent customer service, including assistance to vehicles. The pharmacy technicians and pharmacists at this location are also highlighted by some as being very nice, helpful, friendly, and patient.
However, significant frustrations are reported with the pharmacy's operations. The automated prescription system is noted as unreliable. Criticisms include poor phone etiquette, with calls being repeatedly placed on hold, and a very quiet speaker at the pickup window. Some customers express that the pharmacy staff can seem lacking, with perceptions of irritation and a feeling that customers are a bother, making the pharmacy visit feel like a chore. The experience is mixed, with the store itself viewed very positively while the pharmacy service receives inconsistent reviews.
Painfully slow service. Very long lines. I regret switching from costco.

I really like the Pharmacy Techs & The Pharmacist at this location They are very nice, helpful, friendly yet professional! It really isn't their fault that the automated system really has no clue if your prescriptions are ready or not. And that is the reason I gave a 4 star.
