I agree with and have encountered what a lot of other customers have stated within their reviews. However, an experience with a "newish" manager, Josh, a few days ago has renewed my faith that this store may become an enjoyable experience yet! He was all over that store in a friendly, energetic way, speaking respectfully with employees about what should be done & where, then popped over to the photo department to help me with what I needed to pick up (yes, the 'same day' order placed early in the morning was not done until the following day, but hey...can't win 'em all). He is a refreshing presence and hopefully his wonderful customer service skills will be contagious and spread throughout the store. :)

This pharmacy never answers the phone. And when you go in to the store, there are at least 5 people standing there not being helped.

When you have a legal prescription for an opiate and are told by pharmacy staff that it will be ready Thursday morning by 9:00 am, we arrive at 10:30 am and they say it is on hold. We drive 2 hours each way to get our medicines. Then we are told by another staff member that they don't have them in stock. On this particular day, I stayed home and my husband drove himself. We are both senior citizens. He called me several times giving me updates on what he is being told. Then I decided to call and talk to a pharmacist myself. 1st call I was on hold 32 minutes then disconnected. 2nd call 17 minutes and disconnected. 3rd call 36 minutes and disconnected. My husband is now driving home without his medicine and is extremely agitated. Very worried.

The pharmacy staff at Walgreens on Watson and Yuma really need to get it together. It’s one thing to have new staff but it’s another thing to continue to make mistakes, have a lack of knowledge on how to process transactions AND provide rude service. How about offer and apology, how about show some understanding for the customers frustration when YOU don’t know how to do your job properly? How about not be dismissive and over talk the customer? They need to do better. This is a community pharmacy and the community deserves to be treated better by this staff.

The Walgreens on Watson & Yuma is the WORSE!!! EVERYTIME I GO IN THIS STORE I GET THE WORSE SERVICE!! They need to train the staff better. The cashiers are rude - the Managers are even worse! Bad, bad, bad all around terrible

Another disappointment at the local walgreens. There was probably 15 people in line on December 23rd 2024 at 8:30 with one cashier. The manager came up and served one extra person and then left to go back to the photo booth with only two people there. Better customer service would have been attending to the 15 people in line to get them out the door

Scheduled vaccine, arrived and checked in online 15 min early. There was no one else waiting for a vaccine. After 30 min waiting I talked to the pharmacist and she just “checked me in” even though I had checked in already and said they’d been busy filling prescriptions, which I will admit they were. So I waited another 30 min and ended up just leaving after spending an hour total sitting there. I get they’re busy, but if I have an appointment there’s no reason I should have to wait that long. And after I brought it to their attention how long I’d already waited, someone should’ve made that a priority.

Pharmacy is always low staffed. However the pharmacist named LIZ who is an older white lady, wears glasses, and has braces ..Invisalign) is extremely rude, idk how she helps customers if she has terrible customer service! She literally rolled her eyes right in front of me, Like hello, you know I can see you. She should know that the people asking for medication refills or whatever the case might be, rely on certain medicación and she is there to help, Not make things worst or in my case make me go home with no medication. I could have easy payed out of pocket for the medication and she said no she couldn't do that I told her my insurance will be able to reimburse me for what I payed. She still said NO!! Like WHAT, this was a first…smh…

Pharmacy is terrible. Every time I need a prescription filled it’s never ready at the time they give me. Always have to come back multiple times. Taking my business elsewhere from here on out. I’m not a pharmacist but I can’t imagine it takes 4 hours to put a couple pills in a bottle…

The lady at the photo counter was so rude. I was dropping a package of Fedex, and she was with no manners, just throwing up the stuff like she hates the world. Worst customer service.

Constantly dropping the ball on refills or callbacks. Pharmacy Tech Cesar is usually ill-mannered & impatient, almost seems lOst and will end up hanging up on you. Always hoping for improvement but continuously let down.
