Well to put it simply the waiting process is a lie and management tells their workers to lie to you. If you have the weeks to make an appointment you may get seen, but if you get on the waitlist nothing will happen. They will ask you to sign in on the waitlist but it is an outright lie. After waiting two hours an employee informed me of the lie and how management makes them tell the lie. I would never get seen nor would anyone on the waitlist.

So disappointed. I came in with some paperwork that needed to be signed/notarized and wait for about an hour and half. The only person that was able to help me was assisting a client, he continued to have an irrelevant conversation for over an hour (I was not eavesdropping, he was very loud). It was convenient to come to this WF since it's near my home but unfortunately their customer service is not great.

I have banked with Wells Fargo for 20+ years across the country. It amazes be how poor their service model is. I walk in to speak with a Personal Banker and told I needed to scan some QR code and be placed into a "virtual" waiting room. I said that's not going to happen and walked out. So much for customer service. I guess it time to find a different financial institution that cares about their long time customers.

I called to get an appointment and they hung up on me. Came in as a walking in and the girl checking me in catches attitude when I ask how long the wait is! I still don't know how long the wait is, I'm still waiting. Update: 2 hours was how long it took to be seen and there was no one else waiting to be seen.

Really busy location. Easy to find and right off the freeway. I was in the area to hike and had to make a quick deposit and this location was close. They have a drive up atm and the parking lot was packed so I decided to use it. There was one car in front of me, but it was quickly my turn. It was before noon and the atm was telling me it wasn't accepting deposits for whatever reason. Bummer, but not a real issue. I found a parking spot around the back and walked in to find it very clean and open layout. I was pleased to see a walk up atm right inside which is great for the hotter months. I quickly made my transaction and was on my way.

VERY clean and nice bank! No homeless, drugged out, or psychotic individuals hanging around the outside of this bank, so they definitely get a 5 star from me! Plenty of parking and easily accessible ATM.

So my car was recently totalled. My title to said car says my name OR my dad's name, since he cosigned. Which wasn't an issue when I signed my title over to the junk yard. When I recieved the insurance check I took it to this Wellsfargo to deposit into my account. That does not have my father's name on because I am 26 years old. I've had an account with wellsfargo for 11 years. They won't deposit a check without a fingerprint from both parties. My dad lives in another state... and as of tomorrow I have no car. I was offered no help other then I could deposit the check through the ATM but as soon as it was seen it would be rejected. What if my father wasn't alive? I'm sure there's some sort of help that could have been offered other then your condescending tone. Thanks for nothing yet again Wellsfargo.

I have been a customer with Wells Fargo since 2002 and never had a problem with my account or any branch until this week, when we deposited a check for a business account we have with them and the check was put on hold for 2 days, I called the customer Service line and was told that he didn't know why the check was put on hold and that I had to go talk to the store manager which I did the next day Cupertino Sanchez was rude, unprofessional and with attitude since the moment he came to talk to me, to the point I had to ask him to stop with his rudeness that i wasn't there to cause any problem that I just wanted him to explain to me the reason the check was put on hold since we deposit checks from this same company every week and had never had a problem before but at the end he ended up making the funds available which i understand that as a bank they need to make sure they get their money before they make it available. My main problem was the way Mr. Sanchez treated me he made me feel very uncomfortable and upset that he wasn't there to hear me out or to help me in any way he was rude and giving me attitude which a manager is not suppose to act like that. Today my husband try to make a deposit and they wouldn't let him for different reasons but what made it worse is that the cashier started telling him that the reason Mr. Sanchez was acting rude was that I wasn't letting him talk which to me that is very unprofessional of him to go and talk about his clients to his staff and then the staff talk about with customers, on which is a lie i even have witnesses that i wasnt there to cause problems I just wanted him to explain to me in a kindly matter why it had happen. At the end of the day it comes down to the way you're treated, the way they make you feel and the way you lose trust into a company that you are giving your money to.
