Terrible experience with the MANAGER of the bank. Not at all professional. I have never had such a bad time having to arrive and ask for a service from them and for them to be bothered by my presence. Very disappointed. I will never return.

This is the closest bank to my house but every time I have to come the ATM never works. It’s either out of cash or you can’t deposit. I thought they were for you to just drive and go not sure what the problem with it is but they need to fix it especially if most people want to do it fast and not have to get off and loose time getting off especially if you need a larger amount than just 300 and it’s a Sunday!

Went to deposit a check, took them forever to finish the task even tho i have been depositing this type of check at this same location every 2 months for over 3 years they still could not complete the task in a timely manner waited close to an hour. On top of everything else the check is from one of their own banks so explain that one for me

Being a server I need to deposit cash a lot. This location however tends to have deposit unavailable weekly and the walk in atm in the front isn’t available 24hours like I thought very disappointed after going through the drive and that not working then trying to walk in but that wasn’t available. If depositing cash is important to you this is not the bank for you.

I visited here to set up my first bank account outside of my pay card for work. The process was extremely straightforward and the lady who helped me was as transparent as possible without being condescending. I do not regret getting my direct deposit here.

Stood to check in for 10-15 mins. The bank was completely empty. Eventually a female came out to tell me she couldn’t help me because she had an appointment in 30 mins and for me to go online and set up an appointment.

I stteped in yesterday because I had lost my wallet with my debit, businesz and credit cards, Hannah helped me cancel the cards, order new cards, set up google pay, withdraw cash, everything in a few minutes, that would have taken me hours on the phone. I'd really would like to praise this young teller fir her patience, help and understanding and wish her the best in her job. Thanks!!!

Walked in at 11:15 and sat down. Cintia advised us that we needed an appointment or to check in and she would see us if her appointment didn’t show. I asked when was her appointment and she said 11:30 so I asked how long does she give before canceling a no show and she said she would have to call the person to see if they were coming. Cintia sat at her desk doing nothing till 11:33 then she came to us and nicely said that there’s still three people ahead of us waiting for no shows yet there was only one person waiting with us in the waiting room, Cintia then went to the back cubicle and got on the phone. We decided to leave at 11:50. Here’s my issue, 30 minutes went by and she didn’t help one customer.

I took my son to Watson Wells Fargo branch and was helped by Cintia Melendez she is best in making sure that my son understands everything and everything about the bank account and taking her time and showing him what to expect I would recommend her to anyone who needs help with debt
