Woof Wagon groomed our 4 dogs this week and did a fantastic job! I will even go as far as to say it's probably the best groomer we have been to! They were wonderful to work with. After almost 7 hours, our pups looked, felt and smelled amazing! I HIGHLY recommend Jackie and Sara if your looking for a moblie groomer! Thank you ladies!

Absolutely PATHETIC customer service! They don't show up, don't call or text, just leave you hanging! I scheduled my appt. 3 weeks ago, called and left a message 2 days before the appt to make sure they were still coming, and crickets! Not a peep! Now I have to schedule somewhere else and go through all the hassle of taking my dogs to and from the appt. My dogs get car sick, so I'm not looking forward to it. I am NOT happy!!!!

Does a great job with my dogs always on time and they look perfect every time! I started using woof wagon months ago and love it. The dogs are done much better than other groomers. They seem happy.

They never showed up, or contacted me, have been using them for 4 yrs, just don't understand new system?♀️ ... update... they came last month?, Betty is good, back on schedule?

I have submitted online form twice with no response to get 2 dogs groomed. Also have sent text message, like website instructs. Says they typically respond within an hour. Will take my business elsewhere.

Submitted the online appointment form several times and never received a call back. tried calling several times and never received a call back. I've even tried emailing with no response. Not sure why you advertise this way if you have no intention of getting back to people that would like to do business with you.

Had such a great experience with my pup! Being a pandemic puppy he was initially terrified of other dogs, but after pack training I noticed a significant difference in his behavior. He definitely has more confidence. The staff is extremely kind and well versed in dog training and also understanding of overprotective dog moms like myself, they constantly sent updates all day long.

They are good company however they are down a gromer. Please be patient with them. I'm sure you are what to know what is going on. As soon as they get a new groomer they will back to there full performance.

Scheduled an appt, got an email confirmation, waited around all day, they were a no-call, no-show. I called and left a message, not a word back from them after a week. If these people can't even be bothered to send a quick text to reschedule an appt due to their own mistake, I don't want them anywhere near my furbabies.

Woof wagon has been doing my pug and pug-tzu for a year now, and they are awesome! One gets groomed, the other deshedded. My little guy just loves them. My older pug.... he does well, but he has been afraid of his own shadow for his whole life. He always feels much better when it's over. They are the best. Worth every penny!! Lori, Pongo & Kodah

Critical: Professionalism Wish I didn't have to give any stars. Upon driving home from work today I pulled up behind Woof Wagon and decided I would pull into the left lane to pass Woof Wagon. This seemed to aggravate said driver of Woof Wagon as he let loose all of his waste water all over my car and others. I decided, since I figured it was an accident, to call the number on the trailer...6156638139. Upon calling the Woof Wagon phone number, I asked to person who answered if, "they were in a Red dodge truck with Woof Wagon on the side?" His exact response to me was, "yeah and are you the white car in front of me?" I replied "yes, and your grooming trailer just dumped all of its waste water all over the road, my car and others." To my astonishment, he interrupted me and said, "I don't F-ing care about your white car or anyone elses'." Pretty much the end of the story right there. I filed a police report and he dared ask me if I would come talk to him. Sounds like a threat to me. I highly advise you keeping your special dear friends away from this groomer. He seems to have many other issues in life right now that do not need to be taken out upon an innocent animal. Extremely bad attitude, hateful, rude, uncaring and flat out a mean person. Please seek another groomer, this one is very angry .
