Alright, I don't even know where to start. The man wanted to charge us $140. To wash the outside and clean the inside. $180 to clean the seats. I was in shock! I went next door to Dennys where my friend was, it was his car. I told him I would detail his car for $50. It ended up taking me 2 plus hours but the car looked brand new. I would never, ever recommend these guys.They charge 35 for just a wash. They were busy so apparently they are getting some people that have money to blow.

Super bummed I changed my schedule to get my car cleaned today between 12-2 and got a call at 12:25 stating that basically it's not worth going back out for one car in the wind...I reminded him I just wanted the inside done but no go... They offered to reschedule tomorrow but I'm busy AND chances of wind in BHC are 99% so no point ?

Everytime we have scheduled to have them was our RV, something comes up , late for one reason or another or no show then call with excuse.Very disappointed especially since they do a pretty good job

Had a 11 AM APPT, NO SHOW, AT 11:45 I CALLED, NO ANSWER BUT THEY CALLED BACK STATING HE WOULD BE HERE BEFORE 1PM. AT 1:45 NO SHOW OR CALL. I CALLED, CANCELLED. LOUSY SERVICE AS THEY CAN'T EVEN CALL TO SAY THEY WOULD BE LATE. AND NO CALL WHEN LATE FOR RESCHEDULED TIME. NEVER! NEVER! NEVER AGAIN!!! SAME THING HAS HAPPENED BEGORE TO OTHERS. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

First time they came out they did a great job... then they didn't show up for two appointments after that. We're rude on the phone when I inquired about why they didn't show up. I forgot who I had hired and ended up calling them again about a year later. He yelled at me and told me he doesn't just do cars just once a year! (Of course this kind of irrational behavior might be explained by...well we are in Bullhead City, so I'll let you decide as to why a person would act SO unreasonable. Just great customer service and great human! I also saw them road raging on two different occasions.

This company is pathetic. Didn't show up. Don't answer their phone. Don't return messages. There are no communication skills at all. Wouldn't use them for anything.

After waiting 4 days for an apparent opening to do a Moterhome, these guys arrived late.I calmly confronted evedently the owner( bos)he became belligerent and anegry expressed himself verbally and left.He May want to look into Anger management.Luckily I cam acrossProCam (locale)Handeled everything very well an professionally. Faverably priced.To top things off ,a few days later after haveing my MH washed, these people commenced to wash the mH next to me with disregard to any others . Leaving soap and water overspray spots over my just washed MH.There integrity, profeshanlisem is at question.

Had to reschedule three times before they finally got here and then they were late. Guy was very rude, pissing and moaning because the cars were dirty? Excuse me that's why we called ya! And since we hadn't called him in quiet awhile to clean the cars he was pissed about that too! We heard you loud and clear buddy, we won't use you again! Way to keep your customers!
