Micah handled the in store sale and delivery with professionalism and grace. Heather in finance is a straight shooter.I drove home in a spotless vehicle with a full tank! I came in looking to buy a new car. No one pressured me or hung around while I looked. I appreciated that. When I did want to test drive one, the salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. The paperwork handled by Hyrum was streamlined and went smoothly. Tom the manager did everything to help me buy the car. I have sold them two cars since I moved here and got a fair price each time. I highly recommend this dealership.

Took my work truck for a transmission service and delt with Sherri. Had a 11:30 appointment to get it done. Sherri wanted to run a diagnostic on it and keep it for a cold start the next morning due to trans was slipping when it was cold. Two days later.....still wasn't done. Worst place ever. I drive for a living and took my only two days off to get this handled. Waste of my time! I'll be taking my business to Utah were there professional and can do the work in a timely manner.

I had a bad experience with a previous Ford Dealership and decided to drive further and visit Anderson Ford in Bullhead. They were able to get my vehicle in quickly and preformed the services I needed in less than a day. They also offered to drive me somewhere I could visit while the work was being performed. The work was completed and I drove home with a great experience with the dealership. The service tech Sherie was wonderful and the shuttle driver was pleasant. Great experience all around. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Best customer service. Mechanics are great. Both office staff and Mechanic Techs are very friendly, knowledgeable and very detail oriented. I'd like to mention Nelson in service, was great keeping me updated on the maintenance my mechanic was performing and, they also washed my vehicle. Nice touch Nelson! Also, a big thank you to Customer Relations Manager, Deanna, for setting up my Ford Pass. She went above and beyond, to make sure I was completely satisfied. This is the 3rd vehicle my husband and I have purchased from Anderson Ford, and the reason is because people like Nelson, Deanna and Zack Rodgers in sales (05/31/23) when I purchased my new vehicle. I experienced my f350 not starting after a brief stop. I jumped the batteries, called Anderson Ford to see what my alternative was. I was told to come in when I could and if it was during their open hours I would not be turned away.When I arrived I was worked into the schedule and back on the road in less than an hour and a half.2 new batteriesThank you.Lew

Work was done, met all my expectations. That being said it took 3 trips and getting mother Ford involved. Service adviser was great, that’s why the rating, but his options were limited by the tech that worked on my truck and the shop forman. I feel that I should not have had to call Ford and send pictures to get warranty work done. Still love my truck and will continue to use Anderson Ford.

Thank you so much for having someone come to my home to replace my battery. Reilly was fast and efficient! Give him a raise. He late for his dinner because it was late in the day to come at that time. Sorry I didn't catch the other man who cam with him. He was friendly too.
