my engine light was on they couldn't fix that the alignment came back worse than before they worked on it and Sherri the service manager tried to charge me 3 extra hours labor and they returned it with parts missing to wit the throttle body cover so they charged me over a thousand dollars for making my truck worse

Went through the online sales (Joey) and found a Explorer for an advertised price and also did their version of a trade offer. Just want to warn everyone that not only was the advertised price off by $7,000 the trade was also off by $3,000.
