He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He had just replaced the compressor on this 2002 Kenmore refrigerator. That was 3 months ago and still runs like a top. Saved us a lot of heartache since our LG refrigerator took 3 months to get repaired. They have a ton of used appliances and at $225 for my refrigerator.
