“We went today for notary service since Havasu doesn't have a US Bank. We have our business and personal accounts in our "friendly" little town of Chester Ca for over 30 years. We went to a desk that seem to be a place that could help us to ask about notary service and the person snapped at us and stated "you need to wait your turn and wait in the lobby". Sorry we did not know the procedure on asking for a service. We were not trying to be rude or pushy and not take our turn. A polite statement - "please take a seat in the lobby and we will call you" would have been great. Just not use to be talked to this way. Not nice. Trying to UPDATE - This is an overdue update. The last two times we visited to use Notary Service - they were so nice & professional. It was a pleasant business experience. Thanks!”
