Purchased a vehicle in Arizona from Carvava. They delivered it to Bullhead City two weeks later got an email saying that it needed to have a smog check in order to register the car and that we needed to sign a bunch of paperwork with a notary and send it back within 48 hours. This paperwork was signed when the car was dropped off and they lost it. Plus a smog is not required in the state of Arizona so we are required to drive four hours to go perform something that they should have done before they dropped the car off. They also will not let us register it on our own because they said there's already somebody working on the case. Do not buy from Carvana.

Beware of this spot! They are a 3rd party selling on Bonds. You cannot register your car right away so it feels sketchy. I'm on 3+ weeks. The worst part is when I reached out about the issue (Lack of original title), I was treated poorly, like I was a problem. All I still want is to register a car I legitimately bought. Unfortunately during the communication process I was forwarded, on accident I presume, an inter office email where they are saying negative things about me between themselves. Pretty disgusting behavior. AVOID

I wish I could give 6 stars. Best buying experience I have ever had! Best customer service I have ever had! Robert went out of his way to make sure my experience was top notch and even helped me get money back from the extended warranty of the vehicle I traded in. I drove almost 4 hours to buy a Jeep with ACS / Robert and I would not hesitate to make the drive again!

Purchased a minivan here. Literally one week outside of the warranty that they gave me I had to spend $1500 on fixing the van. Oh that’s right after I spent $300 on batteries… well here we are today a few months later now and I just had to spend $1700 on the minivan again, and then the dealer tells me that I need new shocks and struts for the whole minivan on top of this repair. I was promised a few things when I purchased the van and it’s my fault for not doing my own evaluation. I highly recommend not using this dealership and going elsewhere

The most stress free and no hassle way to purchase a vehicle. Sharon and her team provide outstanding customer service with honest and complete transparency concerning every aspect of your purchase and trade in. I told Sharon exactly what we were looking for and in two days our new vehicle was on her lot, considering the lack of availability at this time in the new car market this was very impressive. Obviously the contacts and resources she has developed over her 28yrs in business along with a good business reputation are the reasons for her many satisfied and repeat customers to which we add ourselves to the list. Just tell Sharon or Robert what vehicle your looking for and leave the rest up to them. The vehicle we purchased was a 2022 Hyundai Palisade SEL in the beautiful Raintree color and we are extremely pleased.
