This is the worst phone store. The emplogre today literally lied to me about doing something because she was too lazy to wait on ths phone. Virtually everyone I have interacted w in this store is super lazy. She probably lied because I canceled m serv today. How offensive. Now I have to go into a Boost Mobile again after she lied and wasted my time, again seemingly because she is super lazy.

I bought the Samsung A32 5g cellphone and I'm very pleased with it's operation and speed. Service is good and friendly at both the Store accross from Safeway and the Store on Miracle Mile. We have 2 lines and pay $80.00 a month for very reliable service.

By the way lady at the counter today. My sister and I went to another boost location and got our simcards free of charge. We didn't have to pay the supposed activation fee to get the service transfered to new phones. I did it myself straight from the website.. Edit: Maybe 15 years ago not anymore
