These guys are amazing! Every time I have called to have items picked up from a clients home they have and they work hard, pleasant to deal with and are appreciative. What a great way to give back to our community

so i go in this place today to get glass, I'm trying to find the ugliest frames to use the glass, there are frames from dollar store for 10.00 and so you get what I'm saying, I got about 6 frames and they charged me 26.00 but then they stary making this huge deal that I changed the tag on a plain frame to 5.00, I'm not sure what they thought it was normally, but assure you it did not cost more than 5.00 brand new, they basically accused me of stealing as far as I'm concerned. I gave them an additional 30.00 because I'm not gonna get accused of stealing from this place, it's dirty and as I said they are robbing the community as far as I'm concerned. they know exactly they are marking up prices, worse than goodwill. I thought these stores were non profit and here to help the less fortunate, I assure you your better off going to dollar store.

Often great buys it is a big store, other times things are too expensive or they don’t have what I’m looking for but that’s how they go!

Lot's of items are a pretty reasonable price. Friendly employees very helpful. 55 and over discount on Tuesday's. We found a few treasures to bring back with us. Let the triathlon continue.

Selection is awesome pricing is ridiculous.not even willing to negotiate. How they supposedly won best thrift store of 2021 must solely have been based on selection and not price. Staff comes off as very unfriendly. There have so much merchandise because there prices are so high. Also they said they didn't offer military as veterans discount on this day, but they did offer first responders discount. If the military is not a first responder then I'm not sure what is? I wasn't the only one in the store questioning the prices either. A few older couples we put off by the pricing as well, as I overheared them talking. GOODWILL is a better bang for you buck. I appreciate that they have bills rent etc. But so do the people who shop there. It becuase its supposed to be cheaper than retail that people go to second hand stores. I'm sorry but no deals here...

Both locations use to be great but have dramatically declined, no one wants to pay retail price for used stuff that you taped back up .stick to a basic pricing system instead of trying to get full price for everything. Most People come to try and find a deal not a half empty box marked at retail price. If people can’t find actual deals on donated stuff it makes your store a lot less interesting and worth while.

The ladies at this store are as sweet as pie, and they always have new stuff. You'll find some great deals here. It's worth a visit.

I've been going to all 3 of these thrift stores since they opened and I can honestly say they went from being my favorite to seldomly going there at all. I just visited the Fort Mohave store today and the clerk at the register was arguing with a customer about prices on some cables when the price is CLEARLY noted. As the customer was walking out she made a rude comment about him which he probably didn't hear or did but chose to ignore her because there is no point arguing with someone that ignorant. This is very unprofessional and management should properly train their staff before putting them on the floor. Customer service is key to running a successful business. They've become very greedy, like Goodwill (Greedwill), with their prices. They have flat rate pricing but mark up items if they think they're a good brand only to sell them half off the following month because they don't sell. Overall, the store has changed drastically, it's not what it was. This is a reflection of the poor management. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend it.

Good store to shop in. Bullhead City has a lot of retirees--it's the end of the road for many--so a good range of stuff ends up here. it's like all the stuff the pioneers left along the trail coming West. Even building materials (vanities, tile) from remodeling ends up here.
