Car Rental in Bullhead City, AZ

“So I can't give John enough stars on here. The manager John completely went above and beyond what customer service is all about. My day started in Kingman at the Kingman location and that was absolutely just ridiculous the car they gave me I was traveling to California already a little behind schedule but that was okay but the car that Kingman gave me was absolute crap and there was no way I could have drove to California in it so I went to the bullhead location to swap out cars or see what they could do for me differently cuz Kingman said that they would I got there and had a bumps in the road but John absolutely went above and beyond even on his lunch hour to take care of me and my needs and although I never drove a RAV4 before and I thought I would not like it he told me he promised I would like it and it was the best you could give me at the moment I also didn't make reservation there but he went out of his way even on his lunch hour to make sure that I was satisfied before I left there and I'll tell you what I was extremely satisfied and I'm still satisfied and I highly recommend the bullhead Enterprise for anyone looking for a rental car especially when this area doesn't have very many options or places to choose from this is the go-to spot John's the man.”

“Renting a car for Route 66 trip then had issue with tire in Flagstaff. Spoke with Brook at the Flagstaff airport who worked her best to find replacement car to get us on our way. None was available she took our number to secure one as cars were returned later in the day. Once we returned she found an excellent replacement which made our day. During the entire experience we never heard, I can't do that or you'll have to take what we have here. I know circumstances are different at busier airports but I truly appreciate her taking the time, positive attitude and made the day special for us. Thank you Brook for all your help.”

“I have to agree with the majority here. Customer service, the cars and the professionalism is outstanding! Although I don't live close enough to rent my own car, I've been in plenty that were rented by my friends and it makes me wish I were closer!”
