“Renting a car for Route 66 trip then had issue with tire in Flagstaff. Spoke with Brook at the Flagstaff airport who worked her best to find replacement car to get us on our way. None was available she took our number to secure one as cars were returned later in the day. Once we returned she found an excellent replacement which made our day. During the entire experience we never heard, I can't do that or you'll have to take what we have here. I know circumstances are different at busier airports but I truly appreciate her taking the time, positive attitude and made the day special for us. Thank you Brook for all your help.”

I was honestly amazed at how smooth the process was. Rental car counters can sometimes take forever, especially after traveling, so it was really nice to arrive and get straight into the car. I was in and out quickly and very pleased with the experience.”

“We had such a great experience! They let us rent an SUV without a credit card. We were just able to use our debit card. It was great so quick and easy. The staff were awesome. We were in and out in eight minutes. We were even able to change our reservation for one more day it was just awesome.
