A couple things I really like about this bank. First is during buisness hours an atm is available inside the lobby as well as the drive thru and the atm out front. The tellers were quick, efficient and exceptionally nice. I have a checking account at chase and I do recommend this financial establishment for banking needs. I go back on a regular, it's my bank.

I don't have a problem with my local CHASE BANK per se, but I do have a problem with JP Morgan retirement. I have faxed them twice to get my monthly incremental retirement payments. First fax was from a private fax number, and the second one was from an actual CHASE BANK with no resolution. I want my money, and if they're not going to give me my monthly incremental payments then I want to take all my money away from them altogether. I won't just take my retirement but I'll also take my credit cards, savings and checking. I've had enough!!!!! absolutely horrible customer service.

The lady that me and my dad doe wet was great. Her customer service was off the chain I don't usually give people 4 stars but because of her customer service I gave her 4 stars.

The Manager, James Elkins, has been extremely helpful in every way. He went above and beyond to help me get my accounts fixed. He deserves a pay raise for sure.

Friendly help, great online customer service, they loose 1 star for there $10 charge to cash a check with out an account.
