I am thinking about closing my CHASE accounts. I never miss payments, so this would never apply to me, but I am not sure that I want to be a member of a bank that will impose these high fees on their clients.

The five stars are for this excellent, well-run bank branch. However, banking consumers beware: Chase Bank has an overzealous, trigger-happy fraud department that reverses totally unsuspicious checks written by average everyday customers with sufficient funds in their accounts. To make matters worse, they do so without any attempt to contact the account owner to confirm they wrote the check. There is evidence to suggest that Chase's cavalier approach to fighting fraud can sometimes result in even more harm to the average law-abiding customer. I strongly recommend avoiding Chase Bank.

"This [bank]..." Okay, sorry... It's just that an old university professor once told us: "NEVER simply start a book report w/-- 'This book...'!!!" HOWEVER... THIS bank branch SUCKS!!! Despite the tidy, clean-looking exterior, THIS branch has some MAJOR issues: 1.) There is ALWAYS something wrong w/ the indoor ATM (trust me; there is ALWAYS something malfunctioning w/ THIS ATM; 2.) The drive-thru ATM SUCKS because it SAYS it'll let you DEPOSIT cash, but if SkyNet" doesn't like the condition your legal tender is in, it WILL deem your currency as "unacceptable" or "unworthy" of depositing (and then you're stuck w/ currency that you're not comfortable carrying around!!!); 3.) Despite the "newness" of THIS branch, it's NEVER 100% operational; AND...if there's something wrong w/ the building proper, then there's OBVIOUSLY something wrong w/ the associates who work there!!! Personally, I'm GLAD I'm not w/ THIS bank anymore--€%£##¥ Service, --€%£##¥ Associates, --Just...plain...€%£##¥...all around!!!!!! Avoid having dealings w/ Chase in general, IF you can

money not safe They do not need to hear your opinion. They told me that you keep it to yourself as they're holding your money and you're stressed out because a lot of it's missing good Bank.!

The worst business ever they hired me as security guard contract employee and I had to work outside in the 126 degree weather when the COVID started then after almost 2 1/2 years when they weren't over run with people and not social distancing anymore they told my company they didn't want me there anymore because I had bad hygiene but it was 118 degrees and humid and I was sweating of course and nobody cared even though I was told by the manager right before this keep doing what you are doing good job. So now they put another guard there that stays in the air conditioned building all day and then lie to all the patrons that asked where I was that I retired so I don't think they are trustworthy or ethical

I reported a fraudulent charge on my debit card. It stemmed from a website stating it was Zelle but it took me to a different site & when it asked for my account info, it was to link with Zelle....but it was a fake site & they started charging me 39.99. Now the fraud department says its my fault & doesn't think I'm important enough to write off $39.99 or better yet...charge it back as the fraudulent charge it is. I tried to explain it to a supervisor but his Indian accent was thick & I am not sure he understood or even cared.

DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THRU ATM MACHINE TO WITHDRAW MONEY!! THE MACHINE DOES NOT WORK!!!I tried to use the machine to withdraw a good amount of money on a Saturday evening and the machine counted the cash but never opened and dispensed the money. There was no warning or sign saying the machine was having issues with withdrawals.I called immediately after it happened and waited for an hour to get someone on the line to only be told I would have to call the Claims center the following morning. I called the next day and made the claim and they reversed the charge and said they would look into it.It’s a month after and they have now reversed the payment and I’m fighting to get the money back.I’ve never had an issue with any other ATM since I started banking with Chase 12 years ago. I have a coworker who owns a house in Bullhead and goes once a month out there. The same thing happened to him a month prior but for only $50 bucks. I bet we’re not the only ones….There’s definitely something shady going on. Whoever is checking the ATM is obviously not being honest.If you need to make a withdrawal take the hit for a service fee from a different ATM or drive to the other Chase a few miles away.I hope I save someone else the headache, and if this has happened to someone else who’s reading this, please take the time to leave a review.There’s obviously something strange going on at this location….I hope it gets resolved before there are more victims.

Love Chase Banks! I use to bank at Wells Fargo and so glad I switched. Everyone at chase has great customer service and they never pressure me into opening up another bank account or line of credit. No matter what chase bank I go to they always help me out with my banking needs.

never had any issue, I love the fact that you can deposit your check and take seconds for the money to be accredit to your account. you can cash out at the same time.

Don't try to contact the branch directly as they keep the phone number a secret and prefer you call the general phone loop number instead which takes you in circles. I spoke with someone named Gabriel at this branch by requesting the general customer service forward my call without giving me the direct line number. It was very apparent that Gabriel at the branch could care less. I am in another state so I cannot visit the branch today but I will go visit a local chase near me and close out the checking and savings accounts I opened less than 2 weeks ago.

Had my account for years and they decided to close it for too many transactions. It's my money$. So now I have to wait 3 weeks for them to mail my 795.00 to me. Ughhh
